I would not recommend staying here. I made a reservation a month in advance but then my family and I discovered after driving from Arslanbob that they had given our rooms away. If you happen to stop here and they have roo.s available, it might be nice, but I would not rely on making reservations here.

Host didn’t provide the booked room when we arrived. The room we got was quite small with 2 separated bed as image, not a 15smq double room as booked. We were very late and couldn’t find any room in Karzaman at that time so we still stayed back. However, when we checked out, host collected 2000 com which is $24USD in stead of $20 ~ 1700 com as price on booking. As room is quite small and stuffy, we needed to keep the window opened so it was noisy for the whole night and there were lots of insects flying in the room. Aside from that, the shared facility of house is good and host provided a delicious breakfast

Negative:
-19 guests and only 1 toilet/shower!!!
- spoken with the host, agreed on breakfast 8am, never gotten one, they have forgotten I guess... but as we were with our 3 small kids not a very nice move.
- we got a room in the basement, ok, clean, big, BUT they have chucked beds in there in areas that are separated with a paravan only and the light of our room and the other guests room was regulated by one switch.
- no communication, no nice feeling, nothing more than "can you pay me tonight as jn the ornibg I'm not here".

- we got our breakfast money back with not a lot of fuss
-clean and tidy
- good location

We stayed here for a night and enjoyed it very much.
Location is good, right next to the main road and also near the little hill which offers panorama view.
The house itself is nice and well decorated, with air con working!!
The lady owner can even help with booking shared taxi to and from kazarman with reasonable price.
Highly recommended.

Beautiful house with clean toilet and bathrooms. House owners are friendly and warm people, who supported us in almost everything: driving around, connecting with neighbouring villages to stay.
