LEVEL Hotel in Osh

We had two stays here - the first we were in a great room, spacious and good bed. The second unfortunately in one of the ones right by reception which are smaller and noisey from reception. So look out for that. Breakfast is nothing special but better than nothing. Unfortunately we also did some laundry here and two of the t shirts were permanently ruined, which was a shame to end on.

The hotel is located extremely close to the entrance gate of Suleiman Too. However, it is far from the heart of downtown, but it is not a big deal though as you can walk or take a cab. The staff was kind and helpful (we asked for taxi to go towards mountains, and they found us a good taxi driver, for example). I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast (almost every review i had read was overly positive so I had high expectations), except for the cook who cooked herself the omlet that we ordered (which was nice!). But if you crave for coffee in the morning, you will have to go downtown (i would recommend in the future to get a coffee machine with good beans). When it comes to the room, i have mixed feelings: the bed was big and comfy, the room was spacious with a sofa and a leather armchair. However, i was a bit surprised by the room's location: it is located next to reception and the staff's room - in other words, we could hear everything that was happening outside of the room (let's say, if the hotel would get a call or if the cleaning staff would be in their room). Basically, no insulation. Second, the bathroom was a bit confusing. It was generally modern-looking, but there were issues: the phone shower had a problem with water (it was half broken so i had to use my imagination to wash properly). Alternatively, you can use the option with water coming from the top. But still, the shower should be fixed. It was also dirty a bit, and many pipes were visible, with open holes. I also saw a cockroach. In other words, the bathroom should be fixed :))
