My first time in Liepaja I walked into the Amrita hotel to check in & was amazed by the welcoming reception I got from the reception team. My room was small but perfect, bed was comfortable, room was nice & warm, breakfast was delicious especially the sausages. I would also like to say thank you to the receptionist, I believe her name is Sintija, she was very friendly & helpful, her English was excellent and she helped me plan my itinerary for the day. I noticed she was extremely friendly with all the other guests too so thank you very much Sintija for your outstanding hospitality.

The only good thing about this hotel is actually the location. It also seemed pretty empty and the reception staff were close to falling asleep because there was nothing to do.
The staff weren't particularly friendly either, at least for the most part. I once stepped out of the elevator and said good morning, which was met with a quick glance in my direction and a nod.
The rooms weren't really cleaned very well, and some of the infrastructure was broken. A glance out the window showed the facade crumbling right in front of the window.
Good for 1-2 nights if you're just passing through, but not suitable for longer stays. One star for the location, but unfortunately, it's not enough for more.
I don't know why it's rated as a 4-star hotel. I've stayed in 1- and 2-star hotels before, and my stays were much better.

The room was wonderful by my standards. The room was clean, comfortable and I was very pleased.

Had a great two day stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient parking and walking into the old town was good. Overall an economical stay in Liepaija.

The room was dirty and full of allergens. I could not stop sneezing. The room was noisy. The a/c unit was extremely noisy. I could not stop sneezing. Overall, it was an awful experience.

Everything is great. Travelers' needs and desires are met. The front desk, Kristina was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and great and its outdoor area is charming . I will be back.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We had a large group check in, and they handled it well. Nice facility, comfortable beds. Great food at the restaurant onsite.
