The owners were very nice and helpful, gave us good tips. Location was great - close by to the sea which is great for summer holiday. First night we were the only guests in the house, so plenty of space.

Our family has stayed at this wonderful place many times. It is very quiet here when the sea is not raging, which is only a few meters away. Very hospitable hosts!!! There is everything here for a family holiday. We will be happy to return here!

Good Rehabilitation centre, I don’t like rooms. Order 1 person Room it’s cost more euros(that 2 person room), but have absolutely the same Room just nobody living with me!! Phh. I need more space, normal bed, normal TV with YouTube and Weather , normal Shower Cabin (this very small for man 185/85kg) All super, Tip Top in Europe this cost more than here. Only rooms I don’t like :)))))

It's really historical recreation center of Jurmala and Latvia. Here you can enjoy amazing mud applications, mineral baths, underwater massage, classic massage and different therapy applications. I especially recommend mud applications, those was amazing - heated mud made a relaxing effect. Seaside is not far away and is reachable by short walk. What to improve? Understaffed, there is work for medical people, but still the best place in Latvia to regain health.

Both children and adults were very pleased with the holiday. The children had unforgettable emotions in the recreation area. The quality and range of food surprised us. The apartments are spacious for 4 people. They met all the needs.

A typical post sovietic hotel and wellness. The clients are mainly Latvian Russians, unpolite and rude people not respecting basic rules (e.g. to stay in line). Average breakfast . Friendly staff, clean rooms with A/C. The beach is just 3 minutes walking.

I loved it here! I chose this hotel because it is very close to the beach but prices are better. Also I loved the homestay feel of this place.

The hotel staff was friendly and nice. They are located very close to the beach, but the area is quiet. Also, breakfast was good - had quite a lot to choose from. There is a garden area and private parking. They have a small shop under the hotel, that you can get essentials from. Unfortunately the towels and bed sheets had some stains on them.

Location is great as it's 5 mins to the beach, but all Jurmala is 5 mins to the beach. It's 10 mins of drive to Jomas Iela but they have free parking. I did come to marine hotel without any expectations, but i was suprised! Rooms are nice, very clean, there is everything you need for a short trip. staff is small but very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is also great, there is coffee machine, and there is alot of different meals. 5 stars without a question!

Great stay with a lovely breakfast for a decent price. The small swimming pool could be rented privately - however be cautious if it has been cleaned after the previous usage since the water was filfy and not welcoming at all. Everything else was fine.

Much cigarette smoke from neighbor on the terrace In general the breakfast was okay. But the poultry was cold and the egg was cooked to much. And it should not be allowed to sit on the ground terrace and smoke and make neighbors to passive smoker. And the room could be a little bit more warm and cozy.

Apartment style family rooms with stairs to second floor are not really child/toddler friendly unfortunately. Bathroom was small and uncomfortable. No refund policy, if You book for several nights, but leave early.

The rooms were clean and comfortably furnished. The hotel made us feel welcome. The only downside is the parking spaces, which are few and one night we had to find a place on the opposite street. I praise the breakfast and the service, everything was 5+. I also used the spa services and the massage was great, so I recommend them.

A modern hotel with large rooms, very friendly staff, OK breakfast, and just 2 blocks away from the beach. It's 1.5 km to the busy center which can be done easily by walking, Bolt, or e-scooters. Laundry of a full load is 10 Euro only. I'd probably stay here again when back in Jurmala

We thought we would do a long weekend trip to Riga but decided to stay in the resort town of Jurmala. We close this hotel as it seemed to have character and be well positioned within the town. It is clean, comfortable, well run and all at a very fair price. It is not a grand or smart hotel so don't expect extra frills. I would recommend it.

Quite economy ppace to stay 5 minutes away from beach. Rooms were quite small and parking quite busy.

The Sunset Hotel is a perfect base camp for adventures in Jurmala. Nothing too fancy but the receptionist Anzor will do anything that you can enjoy your stay. We had a mix up with our end of the reservation and they were still willing to keep good service level and I cant do anything but recommend Sunset for accommondation.

Perfect place to enjoy real spirit of Jurmala. Hotel is placed in old(renovated) house and it's located about 5 min walk from the Riga gulf.

Our rooms were located behind the main building in a separate building. Despite the outside looked outdated, the rooms themselves were very nice. Good beds and a decent bathroom. The breakfast was good, but not extraordinairy. We stayed in 2 rooms next to each other with 6 adults.
