Over het algeheel een goed verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamer was netjes en het ontbijt goed. Wel warem de kamers enogszins gehorig, zowel vanaf de straat als vanaf de gang en de aangrenzende kamers. The rooms at Villa St. Marie are beautifully decorated, the bed is comfortable, and the small kitchen is convenient. It’s not very far from the train station and an easy walk to the beach. If you plan to be out later at night, the side door is open 24/7.

This little hotel was awesome! We loved the location, so close to Old City attractions. It was exceptionally clean and very quiet. The rooms are very small but we were only there to sleep. I will definitely stay here again. Loved the kitchen area too.

It's very close to the tourist attractions, but the hotel is on the basement floor, so people passing by can see it. Everything else is ok, there is a shared kitchen outside, and there is a washing machine, but no dryer.

Rooms are OK for the price. Small bathroom, and small beds. No AC. But don’t expect it in most hotels in the baltic region. Staff cannot speak any english, so if you’re a tourist, be aware of that. Other than that, it’s acceptable for the money.

Very conveniently located for transport or can walk most places in under an hour. The rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are clean and pleasant to use except the beds are very hard. You can feel the bed slats through the mattress. Don't expect the reception staff to smile but you can give them one of yours 😊 They are at least helpful.

Hard beds but liveable. Always people lingering near the entrance. Need to walk a bit to get to the tram. Bus is even further.

The Sunset Hotel is a perfect base camp for adventures in Jurmala. Nothing too fancy but the receptionist Anzor will do anything that you can enjoy your stay. We had a mix up with our end of the reservation and they were still willing to keep good service level and I cant do anything but recommend Sunset for accommondation.
