Where to stay in Jurmala

OK to stay, really close to the Sea (8min) One really nice restaurant 2min walk. Now I know it is free car parking when you are a guest :) Will be visiting next year! :)

Good price for overnight stay. Close to beach and free car parking for guests. Hostel reception could be improved.

The room, although not large, had a lot of amenities we did not expect: electric kettle and tea; some plates, spoons, glasses and mugs; bathrobes and slippers; even a shoe horn. Lovely hotel with a lot of charm. Good location, charming staff.

Cute, coming of age hippie-style family-run outfit in a good spot, opposite the museum and close to other attractions like the 'Inner Light' Art Studio or the train station. Situated right along a busy road and the train tracks means that it's a little noisy at times though...

High price does not match the quality. Shows that there is AC but it’s not working, so really bad to stay during hot summer night. Also, very noisy outside, next to the train station and main road.

Great location not far from sea and main beach. Wellcoming and friendly staff. Great breakfast. But conditioner was not cooling down temperature in room while leaving windows open isnt great option as our windows was with exit on main street and it is loud that way. Utilitys in bathroom also needs refreshment, as for this price range it is unacceptable to have rusty holders.

Perfect location (3 min to the beach), really comfortable beds, and ample space for a family to spend a few relaxed days. 2 full bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bath) and 2 balconies with outdoors furniture provide that extra bit of comfort that does make a difference. BTW, in a wonderfully equipped kitchen some additional kitchenware like baking paper and oven proof dishware would have been nice.

High quality apartment where everything worked well and service was very helpfull. We stayed in apartment nro 5 (groundfloor) and the two bedrooms were big with a lot of storage. The terass was small but that didnt bother us. Each bedroom had a window that you could open. Air condition was very powerful and you could really cool the whole apartment well. It was good. They had a water dispenser at the lobby so I was able to drink the water every time i wanted to. There is a sauna but with extra pay. Unfortunately I don’t know how much. The hotel have comfortable beds. Location is really great and I liked it

Very good place but the weather is not great but still good. I visited 2 years ago, Thanks for posting the WiFi password, we had so much fun! I think we will book a ticket next time

The hotel was amazing! Great service, clean rooms, comfy beds, and a perfect location. Loved the spa and the delicious breakfast. The staff made sure every detail was perfect. The atmosphere was cozy and made me feel at home. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Superb place, nice owner. Sometimes hard with parking. Rooms very good and clean. Sea is 3 min walk. So location perfect. Small and cosy.

Nice and clean, spa/sports/bowling etc.👍 Waited 25 min for check-in and 15 min to rent bikes because the reception was empty! "back in 15min" on a sign. Breakfast you choose from a list, there is a few alternative and thats ok and fine but when they want to charge you extra (6,50 €!) for a glass of juice something is wrong 👎

Great small hotel just a short walk away from the beach. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves all day long (recommend chicken cutlets!) with a good selection. Swimming pool is a good size, but we only went once because the beach is amazing. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel so you can travel in Jurmala quite easily. And the railroad just a short walk away (trip to Riga in 20 min)...

We thought we would do a long weekend trip to Riga but decided to stay in the resort town of Jurmala. We close this hotel as it seemed to have character and be well positioned within the town. It is clean, comfortable, well run and all at a very fair price. It is not a grand or smart hotel so don't expect extra frills. I would recommend it.

I liked everything - excelent location, nice cozy room, nice view from balcony (pine trees, narrow street, going from center to the sea, resort type wooden houses,flowers aroud them and seagulls on roofs). Really great breakfest - great variety, good taste (reason - everything is fresh, homemade and from natural local products). One more plus - parking in the yard. So I certainly will stay here...

We were so happy to stay at Lighthouse Hotel once again — it’s not our first time here, and definitely not the last. A truly stunning place with incredible service, magical sunsets and sunrises, and that cozy boutique atmosphere we love so much. With only a few rooms, it feels peaceful and special every time. And of course, the restaurant remains one of the very best in Jūrmala. Thank you once again...

Beachfront hotel and restaurant that has superb service and amazing view. Secluded and away from the main town. Food was excellent and the view on the beach was better.

Nice venue, pretty decent meals and lovely waiters and hostess. However, perhaps a bit too overpriced for the area, and specially for what the staff gets paid.

For the price you get, this is good, staff is nice, showed us where is everything in city and what you can do here. Rooms were clean, bathroom and shower was personal. Only one minus is that there alot of mosquitoes, so be ready to fight with them.

The service is alright, they also check the rooms daily and change the toilet papers and take out the trash for you. As far as I noticed, it's easier for them if you communicate in Russian in the lobby. They have pretty good wifi in the whole hotel, and the rooms are pretty decent. There's enough space for everyone and they can fit up to 6 people, so it's a good place to stay with your friends. There...

Room is good to have a good night sleep and rest during day. There is shower/toilet and shelves for clothing.

Nice cheap place , renovated . Far from bars and restaurants . No soft drinks in house , best offer for that price .

Rooms and bathrooms don't have any ventilation, you hear absolutely everything what are talking and doing neighbors behind wall.

Wish it was open. It looks in top shape on the outside. Was really hoping to have the Soviet experience here.

Great resort, small, not crowded, lovely restaurant with delicious food (morning Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner according to the menu), rooms are renovated with 5th on 9th floor, the staff is friendly, treatments high quality. Massage Christina super!)

If there is nostaļģija after interior with 25 years of seniority, here you can find some great exhibits and the service adequate, the prices of modern. Spa services of high quality doctors well.

Excellent and perhaps the only place in Jurmala, to improve their health and relax. Even if you are not able to get a ticket, you can come and use the services of the resort for cash. The pool with mineral water - just a delight, all around clean. If not satisfied with the set lunch, which is much better and cheaper than on the beach, serves a La carte.
