I really loved the experience here. The reception wasn’t working when I arrived as it was midnight, but when I called the number provided, they picked up right away and helped me with everything. In the morning, Orinta assisted me with the invoice. A lovely lady named Patricija served breakfast downstairs. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality — I will definitely be coming back again!

I'm surprised by so many negative comments here. Nice hotel,clean room,clean bathroom with the heated floor! Very friendly and welcoming staff. We couldn't book via booking ( date didn't show,don't kne why?)and simply drove straight and they didn't have a problem to accommodate our family even though we were very late! Nice breakfast, delicious coffee!

Very clean rooms, the staff are extremely nice and helpful, and the location is ideal next to many restaurants and shops. I would gave it 5 stars but because I noticed 3 issues at the room: 1. The TV did not work 2. The AC was making strange noice once the compressor kicks in 3. The rooms were not quite, you can hear everything in the other rooms, which makes it a problem if you are a light sleeper...

Clean. Really inexpensive. Quiet. The bed made me smile. I've never seen a bed with a power outlet 😁. We joked that you can charge while you sleep 🤣

The room has a small refrigerator and a TV. A shower and toilet are also in the room. You can cook your own food, but it will take a while, as the stove is single-burner. There's a kettle and a microwave. It's fine for a couple of days, but beyond that, you'll have to figure out what to do.

It was interesting, enjoyable and delicious, all about growing and using sea buckthorn. We tasted and could buy.

Quite OK as it comes to an economy hotel. The price is very competitive, though the rooms may differ in the level of comfort. I stayed there twice: first time everything was really fine, second time the room had exceptionally inconveniently situated sockets which is annoying when you need to plug in two gadgets. Also on the second time there were no clothes rack at the entrance which was inconvenient...

Very nice and comfortable place, in the very center of Birštonas, but also completely quiet, surrounded by a park. The hosts and all the staff are very nice and helpful, friendly with all questions and requests. The restaurant dishes are fresh and beautifully served, the food is very tasty. The rooms are comfortable and convenient, clean and quiet. I think it was really the best choice for our wedding...

The stay in this hotel was amazing. The bed is comfortable, the SPA is very cozy and perfect. Also the messages were great. The food like breakfast and also the restaurant is fantastic and tasty.

The big problem was reception - 2 hour.... But reception for procedures was terrible, we waiting from 17-18 &18:30-20 thanks staff suport, She give us schedule for procedures next day. And ask come to next morning at 9:00 In the next mornig story was same , all finished at 11:25. That mean we lost for registration of procedures 5 hour. Total for all registration we spend 7 hours. Registration takes ages. We got a ticket at 10:32, waited for an hour and we have not yet been called for. At 11:50 we have asked the staff that we have waited for half an hour, is it going to take much longer. Their response was that no one has waited for half an hour yet. I have spent some time in the lovely amazing place . Room clean and tidy , amazing view on the spectacular river Nemunas ( 20 bucks more on the reservation if you like to get this amazing view for sure ) , buffet meals and amazing Spa with as many saunas as you like . Very recommended place to be with kids or without. As being very picky person, I found this place perfect ....nature, customer service and provided treatment wise. Very good trained staff, professional management. Simply loved the place! I can only guess who is the owner/manager...feels like someone American, as to beat American customer servise can only American :-)

Egles sanatorija is the best sanatorium, where the price matches the quality and everyone here will find what they need. An attentive doctor will listen to you and prescribe the procedures that suit you. Good location. Small rooms. Very unfriendly reception and lobby bar staff. If you do not take FB, no options to have a lunch or dinner. SPA changes and cancels procedures anytime without offering other options. Amber SPA is great! However good location to have a walk to the city and by the river.

Everything should have been great, but it was just okay. Food - really good. Choice for different tastes, both at breakfast and dinner. The basic room is really small, although with very high ceilings. Problematic temperature control, we couldn't raise the temperature by 3 degrees. I stayed at Vytautas SPA Hotel – the stay itself was pleasant, and the massages and SPA treatments were truly excellent. However, the checkout experience was very disappointing. I had prepaid half of the room price in advance, yet the final amount at checkout appeared too high. Only after I pointed it out myself did the receptionist check and discover that I had been charged twice for the same room...

I have visited Vytautas Mineral Spa multiple times, whilst on holidays in Lithuania with my family. I always enjoyed the stay and an excellent service. I cannot praise enough Spa reception staff,who were very polite, professional, gave an advice on the procedures and beauty products! They will always do their best to accomodate their clients. Defo 5 stars and highly recommended!

Our stay was great. Enjoyed the spa space and comfortable rooms. The only feedback for improvement is booking of the spa procedures. Would be helpful to have an online booking system for the procedures.

This is the coolest place I've ever been I just can't believe I was there it's an incredible experience that can't be put into words it's very nice rooms great service and perfect silence

Excellent place for whole day of fun. Very well looked after. Not many people. Excellent climbing paths in the oaks, amazing zip wires over yhe water. Outdoor jacuzzi and other usual Lithuanian outdoor activities available.
