A nice stay!
It was a very nice stay but a long wait at the restaurant due to inexperienced staff (very nice and polite though!). The room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable bed but our room was extremely cold and the temperature control didn’t work. Could only be fixed through a manual machine. Nice spa, could be more chairs though. Wellness staff lovely and wonderful hot stone massage treatment. All in all a nice stay!

True, there are few real five-star hotels in Lithuania, but this is definitely one of them. If the emphasis on everything remains the same, we will be glad that we have found another place to come back to and bring friends. Thanks for a great weekend to the whole team!

It is gratifying that the green hotel Amberton accepts people's criticism and tries to greet its guests with all the comments next time. I would venture to say that not every hotel takes into account customer dissatisfaction. When we first visited Amberton, there were some such problems, but we decided to come here again, and we were definitely not disappointed. I would especially like to thank and highlight the manager Natalia, who not only greeted us warmly, but also ensured the highest level of rest throughout our stay. My family and I really liked the atmosphere of the hotel, here you feel that the Iberians are happy and appreciate you. We will definitely come back here more than once.

Very nice, helpful staff. Luxury rooms. Air conditioners. "Smart" beds. Saunas, pool, jacuzzi, spa. Breakfast is amazing. The city center is nearby. I recommend it.

Very good location, perfect breakfast, nice staff—particularly a gentleman who escorted us to our room—were extremely supportive. Comfortable beds.
The SPA pool area and saunas are not too big. The KOBIDO massage wasn't anything special. There are very few places for free parking next to the hotel and the private parking is 15eur/day

Exclusive experience about sleep, food, relax spa, atmosphere. Great service. Great breakfast. Not big, but nice and high level spa area. Very clean. Interior details in high level. We had a small private birthday celebration and restaurant contributed with small cake with candle. That was nice gesture.

Overall, the hotel's location is very good, and it is a new hotel built four years ago. I liked the customer comment that the designer was suffering from deep depression. There was an unpleasant smell in the shower cabin. There are ventilation issues because the air in the rooms is heavy; it was necessary to keep the doors open at night. I think they overdid it with functional beds and LED lighting, resulting in insufficient lighting in the rooms. The rooms are very small.

I really enjoyed staying here. Zero gravity bed was amazing. It was really nice to put your feet up after walking 15-20k steps around the city. The room was dark and with good soundproofing, so you don’t have to worry about the neighbors and their kids too much.
I tried floating treatment and spring ritual massage, and both were very good and relaxing. After wrapping, my skin stayed really soft for at least another week.
Breakfast was also very good. It wasn't anything groundbreaking, just regular things very well made and tasty. There were also gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
You can feel that this hotel opened only recently because everything felt new and untouched. And those dark earthy tones really worked on me. I had great sleep in here.

OK but lots of room for improvements
The hotel is good overall. The rooms are the highpoint. The spa area is rather small and the sauna was cold every day we were there, by cold I mean around 30 degrees, but the sign said it should be 75. That was disappointing.
The food is extepsive: 25 eur for a main, 12-15 for a starter. And you will need a starter. So estimate 50 eur per person with a drink. Or you can go to town and get somilar quality for 1/2 the price. But the breakfast was very very good.
Parking: 15 eur a night
Gym: does not exisit. There are 3 tiny rooms to do cardio - with no ventilation! That became hotter then the sauna in the spa - not kidding.
Also - please get a sign or something for when driving to the hotel. You have to drive on a side walk and there is no way to tell how to get there. A bit strange
