Where to stay with pets in Druskininkai

I would expect such impolite way of communication if I was criticizing something or did something rude but literally just said hello and asked for invoice when checking out and that I was looking for someone from the hotel staff in the spa

Other hotel staff was great and friendly, so don't understand what was going on with the receptions. (Maybe just both had bad days - can happen). This left a bad impression from an overall very nice hotel complex

Nice hotel, great location - close to major points of interest: SPA, water Park, restaurants. Beautiful, cozy and clean rooms, friendly staff. SPA facilities and treatments could be arranged more flexibly.

Rolling eyes because I requested an invoice. Then in spa asking "what do you want" in a very unfriendly way

Location ideal. Close to all amenities. Room was very good for a 3 star place. Spa was very fun and well worth it if you have kids.

My family and I really liked the atmosphere of the hotel, here you feel that the Iberians are happy and appreciate you. We will definitely come back here more than once

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are excellent — clean and spacious. The SPA is wonderful, and the swimming pool is open 24 hours a day

We liked the hotel very much, food was fantastic and services were good. But the fact that hotel accepts pets, and dogs are barking few hours in their rooms meant we will never want to come back there

Also, almost all of the hotel floors are carpeted - how can you allow a dogs into a place where hygiene cannot be guaranteed

This is one of the few hotels with excellent sound isolation. Furthermore, good customer attention, clean hotel, great beds, several good health procedures, rich breakfast

The bathroom door was out of frame which woke my mate up at night every time I used the bathroom. I asked the reception to fix it, but they missed it

July 2024 Hotel was clean, nice, comfortable. Spa facilities a little small but good. Food good, but limited choice. Rooms and showers good. Location excellent

We have visited Hotel and the Hotel restorane during holiday season from 29December and could confirm the hotel is located in city center, close to aqua park

Good location, nice place for walkers, very spaciuos and bright room, very tasty and good breakfast, also very tasty food in restaurant Salt Blues, we dar lunch and dinner, it was perfect :) I was expecting a bigger pool

Very good place to stay and enjoy time in druskininkai. It's connected to aqua Park which makes it so easy to enjoy a comfortable vacation. Great gardens, walking paths, river adjoining

Great location, but an unfriendly staff. The spa was very small and poorly designed. The rooms not sound proof, therefore the noise is coming from the doors, ceilings and walls. The breakfast - very poor.

Good hotel with a lot to offer Stayed only 1 night in this hotel. Did not take advantage of any of the spa services or the pool. The room was large and comfortable and the balcony was also lovely

Dislocation - super !!! - the city center itself, near Druskininkai water park, a couple of shopping centers, Druskininkai St

The hotel is comfortable, located in the Center. The breakfast is very poor , bed mattress very old and if separated to 2 separate beds is very tiny is screeching . Overall ok, not more.

We live on the second floor of a standard double room - kettle, mini fridge with mini bar, air conditioning, bath, TV, really wide double bed - space for two to sat, the room is cozy, clean and tidy

I really like this hotel and would really recommend it. The location is really good: 2 min from Aqua-park and 5 min from "Spring of youth", on the main street. The air and view from the rooms are really good too

When outside the window dargana,šaltukas and rain very pleased sit in the hotel restaurant,and the choice is what,and the image through the window really romantic. I think to visit not only autumn,and summer

Decent place! Location was great being right by the aqua park. Our room was clean and had what we needed. Our "double" bed was two singles pushed together and breakfast was only okay

Simple and clean in central location. Calm and with an amazing breakfast. I chose it randomly and I did not expect the food to be sooo good. Everything I tasted from breakfast was fresh and delicious 😋

Multiple languages (Lithuanian, Russian, English, and German) are scattered about your documents and signs around the facilities. I'm only fluent in English, although I know some Lithuanian and very little Russian

The unfortunate thing, for the nurse, was that my wife was in another room nearby and had heard her. My wife was not happy! I look forward to my next time staying with you and hopefully, we have both improved by then

We were in Lithuania, so I expect to hear the Lithuanian language by default! I appreciate any opportunity I can get to practice my Lithuanian usage so I can build confidence in what I do know of the language

The rooms were good and quiet, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent with many choices. But, you really missed a great opportunity to excel in customer service

For a few of the procedures I ended up with someone that only spoke to me in Russian and that left us with using simple hand signals. We made it work, but there is your missed opportunity

Highest rating which I could give to the people who are working in Egle comfort. Unfortunately no blackout curtains in the room. I would highly recommend this place for health spa

The room was very hot, smacīgas, the duvet very warm. Room was clean, the beds soft, comfortable. The pictures corresponded to the reality, communication is simple. The whole hotel corresponds to 2/3*

Hotel was in a great location and staff were really friendly, however our bathroom was covered in mould which was quite off putting! Shame as everything else was lovely!

Very nice and helpful staff, good food and breakfast! Also enjoyed hot baths in the room. Near supermarket, 5 min away from Baulingerie (recommend) and 10 min from city centre. Slept well, beds are comfortable.

Located in a very good place, right in the towns center. The hotels staff was really friendly and I absolutely loved my stay here.

Frandly staff. Hotel location is perfect. There is a parking in front of hotel. Breakfast was OK. Rooms are small and "old fashioned", no mini bar. We had a package with "Romantic dinner". Food was terrible at it.

The restaurant food is delicious but it us only open until 21. Overall a good place (right at the center of the city!) if you are looking for a quiet place to relax on a budget. The spa services were excellent

It honestly didn't look or smell like much, and I was quite skeptical when I saw it. I gave it a go and I'm glad I did. My notes on it were only minor and not really worth getting into

I think that the breakfast was the best part of the hotel. It was a "Swedish table", so there's no meniu and you need to pick, what do you want to eat. There was so much to pick from

- Bigger variety of food during breakfast, on the last hour some things were no longer added - pancakes or fries. Carrot with garlic for breakfast is a brave choice :D

When I first arrived, there was staff already and a smile even after a very long day. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable, too

Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Rooms has all you need: bar, one can make tea. Additional bed is big and comfortable. There's sushi restaurant on the ground floor. Location is very good, some rooms face the church

The hotel is located on a pedestrian street. Parking within walking distance. Good wifi in room and restaurant. The menu is simple without a huge amount of dishes but quite democratic prices

The location is OK, because near the hotel is a church, so the bell could wake you up. I stayed at fifth flour and the view on the window was a bit blocked by another house

Good location not far from the center. Polite receptionist. The room is small with very small bathroom which was not so clean (shower). Service only till 8pm. Breakfast a wide choice but no so tasty.

Good place in the city, quite big and clean rooms, pleasant staff, but no elevator to 3rd floor, so a bit annoying to carry kids trolley to Lux class room, very few windows in the room and roof windows can't be opened

Great location, less than 8 minutes walk from Druskinkai High street and Aquapark. Local supermarkets are just around the corner. As we were staying with a 7 year old and a toddler, so rented the apartment

Very good location, near most interesting sites like dancing fountain, aqua Park... everything is close. Rooms cozy, clear, comfortable beds, mini kitchen. Service is perfect.

Very nice service, very clean. There is everything you need to live comfortably, cook and eat. There is a coffee machine in the common area. From the minuses - the bathroom is damp and cool

Rooms were spacious, dust free and clean. Kitchenette was clean and had all the items needed (dish washing liquid, pots, plates, cups, oil for cooking, some tea bags)

Beautiful surrounding, modern building with elevator, great view of the surrounding forest and river from the pool but far from downtown, bus station

Friendly staff and enjoyable services. The only thing is that the place needs a little refurbishment.
