Location ideal. Close to all amenities. Room was very good for a 3 star place. Spa was very fun and well worth it if you have kids.

Rooms are a bit run down, and food needs an update. But spa area is really good. They have a great playroom for kids . Overall we enjoyed our time there. I would recommend choosing this hotel if you are travelling with kids.

Excellent! Big rooms, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional. Some parts of the room need renovation but nothing else.

I think the price does not correspond to the service they offer... we paid 180eur for a mini Lux for one night. the room is very tired. the balcony is very dirty.. there was hair in the bathroom. walls battered. we were afraid to go to lunch or dinner.. because there were flies everywhere.. We have visited Hotel and the Hotel restorane during holiday season from 29December and could confirm the hotel is located in city center, close to aqua park. We would like to give the best review for Restorane team member - Jonas! He was very helpful to select meals and drinks - best greetings from Latvia!

Smallest room i ever been. Place is perfect. Breakfast 👎🏻 and service.. thouse two stara go to young lady,how knows whats customer service meens and know how to smile. Other.. 😞

Fantastic hotel. Amazing. Close proximity to main street with nice food stops, some aged/worn fun places for kids, and new areas for shopping. Be sure to bring swimwear, and enjoy a trip to the Aqua Park!

Lovely place! The employee at the reception was very welcoming, the room was clean. The breakfast choice was really not bad at all. Parking was available just infront if the hotel.Ačiū labai.

Good location, nice place for walkers, very spaciuos and bright room, very tasty and good breakfast, also very tasty food in restaurant Salt Blues, we dar lunch and dinner, it was perfect :) I was expecting a bigger pool... SPA also was perfect!

Great location, but an unfriendly staff. The spa was very small and poorly designed. The rooms not sound proof, therefore the noise is coming from the doors, ceilings and walls. The breakfast - very poor.

I’m really sad to be leaving, because I had such a wonderful stay here. It was my first time, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They answered all my questions, helped me find my way around, and gave me great advice. The “Lithuanian Forest” bath was amazing – so fragrant and relaxing. The massages were also very pleasant and left me feeling completely relaxed. I was only here for two...

So I’ve been in this hotel so many times. We get a room for family. So bed was not so good. At the upgraded rooms are so much better. So service is kind and helpful. At the evening we get hot milk at the room. Living in Klaipeda is far from SPA VILNIUS. So my favourite hotel I Lithuania.

This is the place, where you want to come back. And when you do, it feels like blessing. Perfect spa, great rooms and unparalleled service. The food is 2 die 4!

Especially was impressed with personnel - all very helpful, smiling and polite. Not a single grumpy face “serving time” at work browsing the phone. This is worth a lot, and praise for the management team for creating such a culture.

Nice small hotel not far from the center. There is a small pool with a sauna. The staff mostly speaks English and Russian, apart from Lithuanian, except for the bartender lady. The restaurant offers a buffet-type dinners, where the food is nice. The breakfast was simple, but with enough variety of food.

The hotel is comfortable, located in the Center. The breakfast is very poor , bed mattress very old and if separated to 2 separate beds is very tiny is screeching . Overall ok, not more.

Dislocation - super !!! - the city center itself, near Druskininkai water park, a couple of shopping centers, Druskininkai St. The Church of the Virgin Mary Scapular, the cable car Ropes Road, Lake Druskonis, the Druskininkai City Museum and the river Nemunas with the pier. 2. Stayed here for one night with my wife. At the arrival, although booking time is 15:00 hours, we were allowed to book in at 12:00 hours. The room was not large. Very beautiful place, amazing rooms and perfect service

Good location and good size rooms. The best thing about the hotel were staff.. everyone from cleaning lady to restaurant staff were friendly and done an amazing job. By the way restaurant food was good as well. The only downside is the small spa area, but there are plenty spa places around, so it was not a big issue

A very cozy hotel where we truly felt at home. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The rooms were comfortable, and the spaces were large and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is the true embodiment of coziness. The restaurant offered delicious food in a spacious and modern setting.

I really like this hotel and would really recommend it. The location is really good: 2 min from Aqua-park and 5 min from "Spring of youth", on the main street. The food is very good too. The rooms have baths. The air and view from the rooms are really good too. Just about 20 min walking from Bus station And 1 min from central chearch. the water in the taps are very soft. Decent place! Location was great being right by the aqua park. Our room was clean and had what we needed. Communal areas also decent. Our "double" bed was two singles pushed together and breakfast was only okay. But minor gripes - I'd recommend overall

Around 100m from Aqua park, 300m from bicycle tracks along the Nemunas river, 200m from main city fontain and 100m from the main elevator, which can transport you over Nemunas river to Snow Arena. The place was nice snd clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. What we liked the most was the massages at the hotel SPA.l, which were very relaxing and we slept like babies after them. Definitely try the SPA in this hotel

The hotel was clean and tidy and great value. Breakfast was adequate but not a lot for f choice. The negative was that we were sat in the bar at 8pm and they just switched the lights out and said they were closing despite the fact it said it closed at 10pm. Made us feel very unwelcome particularly as we were in the middle of our drinks

The hotel is nice and clean, though some parts a a bit outdated. Excellent price/quality ratio. The breakfast buffet was fairly limited, though it was the off-season, so might be normal. The restaurant food is delicious but it us only open until 21.00. Overall a good place (right at the center of the city!) if you are looking for a quiet place to relax on a budget. The spa services were excellent.

Located in a very good place, right in the towns center. The hotels staff was really friendly and I absolutely loved my stay here.

You can walk from here to aquapark. Good food at restaurant. Apartments needa a remont.

Frandly staff. Hotel location is perfect. There is a parking in front of hotel. Breakfast was OK. Rooms are small and "old fashioned", no mini bar. We had a package with "Romantic dinner". Food was terrible at it.
