Location ideal. Close to all amenities. Room was very good for a 3 star place. Spa was very fun and well worth it if you have kids.

Rooms are a bit run down, and food needs an update. But spa area is really good. They have a great playroom for kids . Overall we enjoyed our time there. I would recommend choosing this hotel if you are travelling with kids.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are excellent — clean and spacious. The SPA is wonderful, and the swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. The restaurant offers a refined menu, and the breakfast is very tasty and varied.

This is one of the few hotels with excellent sound isolation. Furthermore, good customer attention, clean hotel, great beds, several good health procedures, rich breakfast. Only one minor issue. The bathroom door was out of frame which woke my mate up at night every time I used the bathroom. I asked the reception to fix it, but they missed it.

We liked the hotel very much, food was fantastic and services were good. But the fact that hotel accepts pets, and dogs are barking few hours in their rooms meant we will never want to come back there. Also, almost all of the hotel floors are carpeted - how can you allow a dogs into a place where hygiene cannot be guaranteed.

10 out of 10! Starting from friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms,big selection of breakfast. Definitely will be back.

We have visited Hotel and the Hotel restorane during holiday season from 29December and could confirm the hotel is located in city center, close to aqua park. We would like to give the best review for Restorane team member - Jonas! He was very helpful to select meals and drinks - best greetings from Latvia!

Smallest room i ever been. Place is perfect. Breakfast 👎🏻 and service.. thouse two stara go to young lady,how knows whats customer service meens and know how to smile. Other.. 😞

Fantastic hotel. Amazing. Close proximity to main street with nice food stops, some aged/worn fun places for kids, and new areas for shopping. Be sure to bring swimwear, and enjoy a trip to the Aqua Park!

Great location, but an unfriendly staff. The spa was very small and poorly designed. The rooms not sound proof, therefore the noise is coming from the doors, ceilings and walls. The breakfast - very poor.

I’m really sad to be leaving, because I had such a wonderful stay here. It was my first time, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They answered all my questions, helped me find my way around, and gave me great advice. The “Lithuanian Forest” bath was amazing – so fragrant and relaxing. The massages were also very pleasant and left me feeling completely relaxed. I was only here for two...

So I’ve been in this hotel so many times. We get a room for family. So bed was not so good. At the upgraded rooms are so much better. So service is kind and helpful. At the evening we get hot milk at the room. Living in Klaipeda is far from SPA VILNIUS. So my favourite hotel I Lithuania.

This is the place, where you want to come back. And when you do, it feels like blessing. Perfect spa, great rooms and unparalleled service. The food is 2 die 4!

Especially was impressed with personnel - all very helpful, smiling and polite. Not a single grumpy face “serving time” at work browsing the phone. This is worth a lot, and praise for the management team for creating such a culture.

Nice small hotel not far from the center. There is a small pool with a sauna. The staff mostly speaks English and Russian, apart from Lithuanian, except for the bartender lady. The restaurant offers a buffet-type dinners, where the food is nice. The breakfast was simple, but with enough variety of food.

The hotel is comfortable, located in the Center. The breakfast is very poor , bed mattress very old and if separated to 2 separate beds is very tiny is screeching . Overall ok, not more.

Good location and good size rooms. The best thing about the hotel were staff.. everyone from cleaning lady to restaurant staff were friendly and done an amazing job. By the way restaurant food was good as well. The only downside is the small spa area, but there are plenty spa places around, so it was not a big issue

I really like this hotel and would really recommend it. The location is really good: 2 min from Aqua-park and 5 min from "Spring of youth", on the main street. The food is very good too. Around 100m from Aqua park, 300m from bicycle tracks along the Nemunas river, 200m from main city fontain and 100m from the main elevator, which can transport you over Nemunas river to Snow Arena. We lived in Comfort. The pros are normal rooms and a cool spa, BUT the food is very cheap, rotten fruit. And there are a lot of Russians who are well treated and speak Russian with a smile.

I enjoyed my time and the procedures at Egles Sanatorija in Druskininkai. It was my second time there and I will go again. The rooms were good and quiet, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent with many choices. But, you really missed a great opportunity to excel in customer service. The place was nice snd clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. What we liked the most was the massages at the hotel SPA.l, which were very relaxing and we slept like babies after them. Definitely try the SPA in this hotel

The hotel was clean and tidy and great value. Breakfast was adequate but not a lot for f choice. The negative was that we were sat in the bar at 8pm and they just switched the lights out and said they were closing despite the fact it said it closed at 10pm. Made us feel very unwelcome particularly as we were in the middle of our drinks

We stayed for one night, but we have no complaints. The room was clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The location is perfect — there’s a lake just 3 minutes away. Right there is also the main park with musical fountains. The service was quick, so really nothing to complain about. The hotel doesn’t offer dining, but nearby there is the restaurant Etno Dvaras with a view of the lake, good prices...

The hotel has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, but the rooms are quite small. As it’s located right by the main street, traffic noise can be quite noticeable, especially at night. The biggest drawback was the lack of parking spaces — we often had to park further away, which was inconvenient when travelling with family.

Clean, pleasant surroundings, close to everything, sufficient equipment

I really loved the experience here. The reception wasn’t working when I arrived as it was midnight, but when I called the number provided, they picked up right away and helped me with everything. In the morning, Orinta assisted me with the invoice. A lovely lady named Patricija served breakfast downstairs. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality — I will definitely be coming back again!

Very clean rooms, the staff are extremely nice and helpful, and the location is ideal next to many restaurants and shops. I would gave it 5 stars but because I noticed 3 issues at the room: 1. The TV did not work 2. The AC was making strange noice once the compressor kicks in 3. The rooms were not quite, you can hear everything in the other rooms, which makes it a problem if you are a light sleeper...

The food was meager, and in 10 days, everything had gone through the same thing for the third time...there are no Russian TV channels, although the ads advertise their availability. Low-slung furniture is contraindicated for people who have had joint replacement surgery, but such furniture is available in all the sanatorium hallways. People come for not only physical rehabilitation but also psychological...

UPA is an amazing place to relax. It has great facilities, food is tasty, rooms are super clean, however, it lacks a little bit of sound proofing, because you can hear neighbours with crying babies fairly well. Beds are super comfortable. Spa features, massages are amazing. Overall, would highly recommend for a relaxing vacation

This is the third year in a row that my husband and I have visited UPA. And it hasn't disappointed yet! Very cosy atmosphere, the spacious rooms. Only the TV is slow, but if you don't have something necessary to watch - maybe it's for the best.😃 The staff is extremely friendly. Great pool and sauna area. Always clean, not shabby. We always go in the evening, around 8pm, so it's really normal traffic...

Hotel was in a great location and staff were really friendly, however our bathroom was covered in mould which was quite off putting! Shame as everything else was lovely!

Great place and location to visit Druskininkai

Very nice and helpful staff, good food and breakfast! Also enjoyed hot baths in the room. Near supermarket, 5 min away from Baulingerie (recommend) and 10 min from city centre. Slept well, beds are comfortable.

Good place in the city, quite big and clean rooms, pleasant staff, but no elevator to 3rd floor, so a bit annoying to carry kids trolley to Lux class room, very few windows in the room and roof windows can't be opened.. but in general good price to quality ratio.

They provide various treatments for the 30-40% less than competitors. Staff is professional and welcoming. If you want to enjoy pool and sauna, you better choose to come on work days.
