The hotel is an old building, the lobby is charming. The rooms are very old - partially refurbished. This did not spoil the experience for us personally, because the location is great and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed our stay there - the bedding is fresh and clean and the bed is fine. The breakfast is decent. Good value for money.

After a couple of hiccups, we were absolutely thrilled with the room, location and the experience here. The girl at the desk Kristina was super helpful and kind.
It’s in the heart of the city, room had beautiful aged wood and was a great combination of vintage old and modern (bathroom and some details).

Absolutely awful experience staying here due to the noise. Made the mistake of not reading the reviews before and only saw them just before arriving, as you can see from scrolling through the reviews the hotel is nextdoor to a nightclub. When checking in we asked the receptionist about potential noise coming from the nightclub, she said that nowhere in the hotel can you hear any noise from it and that she would make sure to provide us with a "quiet room" just to be sure. This turned out to be a complete lie, the nightclub nextdoor was booming all night, so loud that the entire room was vibrating, also the AC seems to be broken so the room was boiling. We couldn't open any windows because we would be deafened by the noise. Stayed here for two nights and didn't get any sleep. Do not stay here if you plan on sleeping.

Conveniently close to the pedestrian street and the city center. Nukkavieru. Upon arrival, Wünderbaum was forgotten in the room, which was suspicious. Fortunately, the room had its own balcony. Breakfast was basic. Parking was only found with a navigator and even then by searching.

What particularly impressed me was the polite service of the staff. They were happy to answer my questions about Chiune Sugiura, and I was impressed by their deep knowledge of history.

Fridge in the room didn't work and smelled, bad service, poor food. Not 4 star hotel. Pool only open from 7 to 10 and 16-20 for free for guest. Would not recommend.

We were disappointed with our experience here. There is a really big difference between what the hotel declare in its description on booking site and what it’s really has.
For example they state that there is a free parking in the hotel. When we arrived in the hotel we realise that there are only 8 parking spots, one of them is reserved for a hotel manager, so we spent almost an hour trying to find some parking around
Next they declare that they have a swimming pool but you should reserve it in advance and if four rooms already reserved it you can not access it, our children was really disappointed he can not go to the swimming pool. Of course, there are much more room than four in the hotel, so it becomes really hard to spent some time at the pool.
Air conditioning in the rooms are extremely noisy and if you want to start them you should go to reception and ask for remote control. We were really lucky, so the first remote control we received was working one. Our friends received two of them. No one worked )

Instead of enjoying our time exploring the city, we had to waste hours driving around looking for paid city parking.
The hotel should be transparent about this issue on Booking.com so that guests can plan accordingly and not rely on parking that is essentially unavailable.
This lack of honesty really ruined our experience, and we wouldn’t recommend staying here if parking is important to you.

The hotel has a wonderful location. It is located between the Main Street and Akropolis mall. The bed was comfy although it contains a thin layer of foam mattress but the pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom washbasin system was blocked and we needed to wait a little bit to let the water drainages. The hotel is not prepared to accommodate wheelchair. The whole hotel is served with only one small elevator.

An aging used to be 4 star hotel. Excellent location with 15 free car parking spots off the road. You have to ask the staff to open the barrier which means checking in first, before the barrier opens. Spots are not guaranteed and you cannot reserve one in advance. The gym is OK. The jacuzzi had no bubbles and was cold. The sauna and steam room worked. You book a 1 hr slot so you're alone without other guests. Breakfast was more 3 star than 4 star. Rooms too bright. Bathroom basic. OK for a 1 night stay. Reception was overwhelmed but service OK. Its location is its saviour.
