Everything was good. Very convenient, supermarket is just next to the hotel, walking distance to bus station, so many restaurant around the hotel.

I stayed at the Ibis Kaunas Centre for two nights and overall had a good experience. The location is a real highlight. It’s very central, about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, right next to the main bus station, and less than five minutes on foot to the main train station. Getting around Kaunas was easy from here.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, exactly what I expect from an Ibis. Everything was in good order and suitable for a short stay.
Breakfast was a bit mixed. On the first morning it was extremely busy, with most of the food already gone and no available seating, so I ended up taking breakfast back to my room. The second morning was much better as I went earlier and had no issues at all. The food selection was fine when it was properly stocked.
Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a clean, practical hotel in a very convenient location, especially for travel connections.

The location is great, near just the city centre and bus terminal. Hotel stuff was friendly and helpful, breakfast's amazing.

To be honest, I'm so disappointed to stay in Ibis, I can't believe I spent 132 euro per night!
First, the room is unclean at all, the towel are wrinkled, the spider web is between curtains, some obverse dark spots on pillows, besides no one clean my room at the second day, I was told the cleaner was off for her work. Excuse me?!
The soundproofing of the room is very poor, I can hear people was walking in the doorway, I can hear clearly the sounds of opening and closing door, I even can hear someone to snore at my next door

There is a small sofa to sit on comfortably
The bus station is downstairs, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to the central railway station. The transportation is very convenient

The rooms are very comfortable, the receptionist is really welcoming and helpful. I really sleep well.

Views from 5th floor is amazing.

They told me where to go and how to go when i asked them. Breakfast is good and many choices.

Location is very central and can get bus easily to everywhere. Next door is the main bus terminal.

The breakfast is good and the service attitude is also very good. The address is good. It is 25 minutes drive from the airport. The facilities in the room are average. The bed sheets are not very white. There is not much space. Overall, it is still OK. The price is reasonable.

In General hotel was nice, I stayed there four nights but no room service, one time requested for room service but no response.

The hotel is next to Kaunas coach station & 10 mins walk to train station. The room is clean & breakfast is good. Old town only a few bus stops away & Akropolis Shopping mall is 15 mins walk. Will come back to this hotel.
