I don't want to stay here for more than 1 night. In general, everything is quite normal, but it was a joy to leave this hotel. + water in the room as a compliment - the code for check-in is only via SMS. If you did not wrote it on some booking site, then you will not receive any information, you will need to call the number on the front door - the room is not fresh, the bathroom looks sad in general

Really nice hotel for short stay in Klaipeda.

No instructions at first, got a quick response via email. Air conditioning in room did not work. Everything else was fine.

The hotel is quiet and clean but the management is on low level. Doesn’t worth that money. First of all , the check in process was unorganised. One day they forgot to provide the breakfast. Finally on the last morning there was a problem with fire alarm from 6 am till 8 am and when we called the manager she replied in unpleasant way that they already know about it and they are trying to solve the problem...

In a quiet and beautiful place, the sea is very close, the breakfast is delicious. Everywhere is very clean, both in the rooms and in the corridors. Pleasant and helpful staff, took into account the request for the room. We go here with our children every year. A great place to relax.

Such an amazing place! The service was great, the rooms were clean and spacious and the food was amazing. They serve breakfast and then you can go to the restaurant for lunch and dinner. It’s right on the water and walkable to pretty much everything. Bike path right off the place! We are definitely coming back there next time!

Overcrowded & Poor Service Hotel was overcrowded and not relaxing. Breakfast was basic and badly organised — long coffee queues in the buffet area which didn’t let people obtain their breakfast, so poorly placed.. Beds were hard and very low. Restaurant was booked out and bar staff weren’t attentive — if you sat outside for just a drink, you had to order at the bar yourself. Disappointing overall.

We were visitors in off season (march) for few nights. There were only several guests, so it was quiet and relaxing. Sauna worked as advertised, big pool for kids fun. We got free parking near entrance. Our room had 2 floors - 1st with living room and kitchen, 2nd - two bedrooms. Breakfast was exceptional - you could choose from long menu. All dishes were tasteful. This is one of the best restaurants in Palanga. I haven’t had the chance to stay at the hotel, but it’s worth stopping here for their food, especially their breakfast! Their crepes with ham and cheese as well as cottage cheese are to die for! It’s the best part of our visit here in Palanga!

Family suite was nice, clean and warm during the winter. There’s a cool over pass you take to go to the restaurant. It was snowing so the court yard was not set up. Super close walking distance to the beach. I would stay here again when in Palanga

We enjoyed a short week at the Old Mill Hotel, or better the Comfort Inn across the road. The attic room was spacious and cosy. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast diverse and yummy. Only make sure to read the timetable for the old school harbour bridge to avoid being trapped on the island for 15 min.
