The hotel was good but there is room for several improvements. Check-in went smoothly but then when we got to the room the sofa bed was not made up plus there were not enough towels, this happend to two another family in the group as well. If you want the room cleaned you put a note on the door which we did. The cleaning included; removing towels and throwing the blanket on the bed. They didn't clean anything, didn't vacuum and took away used glasses. We complained about it and after a while the room was properly cleaned. The breakfast was quite okay, there was what you needed. The kids loved the waffles with all the accessories. It was clean and nice in the dining room. The pool, sauna and gym were very good. There was a nice temperature in the air by the pool area so you could sit and enjoy for hours. The pool was a bit too cold for my taste, but the kids swam for several hours. The hotel is well located with walking distance to several restaurants. I wouldn't say the hotel is 4 stars, more like 3 stars. Overall a perfectly okay hotel for both family and friends.

Friendly staff Worst soundproofing of a hotel room I have ever experienced, resulting I countless sleepless nights caused by the guest in the room directly above my room , it literally sounds like I am in the same room as them . Really weird cleaning schedule, the cleaning staff sometimes come Sunday night at dinner time No drain in the floor in the bathroom Wich results in wet floor for a very long time Room 9008

The hotel is overpriced for what it is. Our room was called deluxe, but was so much used, carpets dirty and with stains. The bathroom has no heating, so in winter it was freezing cold. Reality is far from what is sold on internet. Not worth the price at all

The hotel is basically 2 separate buildings. None of which are pleasing to look at. i stayed in the building away from reception so had a bit of a walk for breakfast. My room in this place was also the furthest away and as a result of that the wifi was non existent. There are 2 lifts, one only working and that one appeared to have a mind of its own going to any floor except the one you were on. The shower was freezing on the first night and on the second, the air con didn’t work and i had the most uncomfortable night, even requesting a room change at 1am to no avail. The breakfast was typical, nothing to shout home about. Apparently this is supposed to be the best hotel in town. I should have stayed in the worst.

A view from room is completely different than was in pictures. Bad point is hard to find and understand where is a number from reception. No slips in number. Car parking is expensive and no clear marks of traffic direction and exit signs, when going up and down can meet another car comming up ahead in front your car. Good point is free swimming pool.

The lift is old and I did not felt safe there. Also, there are only 2 lifts, so, going down from the 5th floor was always by walking, because lifts were busy often.
Room was great, clean, I found there everything what I needed.

The hotel restaurant and spa is perfect. The room was clean, but some things we didn't like: the bathroom doors is not closing properly, the tv is not in a good place. And it was a bit cold in the room. Conditioner didn't worked properly, but all in all it was a good stay.
