I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Palanga Vanagupe Resort, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room I stayed in was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, offering all the modern comforts one could wish for

I especially enjoyed the fresh local ingredients and the elegant presentation. The spa facilities were absolutely divine. After a busy day, I indulged in a relaxing massage and spent time in the sauna and pool

As a tennis enthusiast, I was thrilled to find well-maintained courts available. The opportunity to play tennis in such a beautiful setting was a real bonus. The whole area was peaceful and inviting

Beyond the rooms and amenities, the resort’s location is fantastic. Nestled close to nature, yet conveniently near Palanga’s attractions, it offers the best of both worlds

Breakfast was very tasty, especially when there weren’t many people and we could order from the menu. We were also impressed by the dinner – the food was excellent

The staff was helpful and polite, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary dessert. The spa is quite small, but for €25 our family had a great time enjoying it privately on a rainy hour

The hotel is small, and there’s always space to park the car. We stayed in a wonderful luxury-type room – perfect for three of us with a child

If the hotel was full of guests and the garage full of cars would be difficult to maneuver in the underground parking garage. When we were there there were only a few guests so the garage was passable

It’s totally not a 5 star hotel. Very rude front desk, restaurant service was so bad. Not friendly at all. The food was ok.

The location is perfect — right in the heart of Klaipėda, close to everything you’d want to see or do. The rooms are spotless, elegant, and very comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere

After searching for options, as a party of 7, we truly felt we had found a gem of a hotel in the old part of the city that was very much up to modern and comfortable standards

Our travel group of 17 stayed at this hotel for two evenings. The rooms were huge! The bed was very comfortable and loved the pillows. The hotel is modern with lots of electrical outlets

The food is absolutely delicious, with great variety and fresh ingredients. Overall, a wonderful stay — I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Klaipėda!

Brilliant location and I like staying here because of easy access to spa especially after long cycling or walking by the sea.

Rooms in Luxury building are clean, but a bit worn out. Wellness area could be taken care of a bit more. Rust on the metal rails in the pool or jacuzzi are easily removable with some products

The Best hotel in Palanga we ever stay. Very tasty breacfast and nice spa area. located very close to the sea. I don't think that you can find anything better then this hotel in Palanga.

I stayed at this hotel the rooms were great, location was very good as it was close to the beach and relatively close to basanavičiaus gatvė especially with bikes. The thing that I really didn't like was the restaurant

To tell more about not so pleasant things, hotel doesn’t have own free parking lots. Hotel pools and sauna you can use only once per day for 3 hours. If you leave after 1 hour, you can not come back

No smoking in that area, even outdoors. On the day of checkout pool and sauna is not included. Not all reception workers were pleasant

Mixed reviews Public area were fabulous but the room was tired and in need of a facelift. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was excellent - friendly and informative

I really loved the view! I have never been to the port before so watching ships arrive and dock was really fascinating. The only cons were you could hear your neighbors

Unfortunately the staff wasn’t very friendly with us. We had the feeling that guests from abroad were merely a nuisance than welcome.

From my point of view that's the best hotel in Klaipeda if you come to work or just 1-2 days stop in your trip. It's really cheap, clean with nice breakfast and if you want you can have a couple of drinks at the bar.

It’s a bit remote from downtown however the service including breakfast & room space were excellent, must try the fish & it’s flavorful enough to enjoy it with some bread~ Moreover, it’s just nearby the harbor to the Curonian Spit National park, incredible view with convenient route~

We had a nice breakfast and ate a good dinner. The only negative was that there were quite a few dogs. It was upsetting to see them sitting on seats in the restaurant area at breakfast

Unpleasant and unhygienic which was a pity because otherwise it seemed clean. Nobody seemed to think there was anything wrong g with dogs sitting on seats with their faces on the table where humans eat

The rooms are clean and spacious. There is air conditioning in the room. The hotel has a small SPA and a good restaurant. There are a few downsides: the bathroom has an unpleasant smell and the pillows are very thin

Stayed two nights and had a very good time. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Only critic: I prefer a normal shower to a bathtub-shower. Water pressure and shower head *****. There's a spa you can use paying 26 €

Also, if you want to use the sauna or pool for even just one hour, you still have to pay the full €26 fee

Great place Far superior to our other hotel stays. The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the old town and the Coruna Spit. Our room was an upgrade and was very spacious and comfortable

From the hill where the hotel is located you have a very nice view towards the sea, and down the hill there is the lovely town of Nida with all the restaurants and some shops

We stayed here on a Baltic tour unfortunately only for one night. We reserved the room with bathroom. When we arrived we were first sceptic

Check-in was so different from other hotels, the reception staff was more like a friend to us, showed us the room, explained everything necessary

Reception closed during the night, and we agreed how to check out as we had to leave earlier. The room was old, but we slept so good

Sometimes it is a bit disturbing hearing the other hotel guests, but even if you feel disturbed by this hotel provided earplugs

It was so cosy and comfortable, and the nature around was absolutely quiet during the night, really relaxing

I booked a stay at Palanga SPA Life Balance for my parents, and it was beyond amazing. They were genuinely impressed with every part of the experience , from the service to the amenities and everything in between

Once you enter you can smell a light "Davidoff Coolwater" every where😀 love that scent! The lights interior , the details in the rooms were splendid. Everywhere everything top clean

I was confused because of the adress since google showed the back of the hotel. Just take this into consideration. In front of the hotel is a free parking lot for 4+3 cars

nice amenities, perfect towels, complimentary water in the room, quiet, radio in the bath, espresso capsules even with deca coffee 😀alll very good

but this is not the place to find something interesting around by walking

Modern hotel that does the basics well. Reasonable selection on the breakfast buffet. Rooms were comfortable and clean and our room was quiet despite the hotel being fairly busy

Half hour walks to seaside and back - makes everyone on healthy side of living, during holidays. Hotel staff friendly, rooms nice, but Free WiFi needs to improve

The hotel is in a central location next to many restaurants and the supermarket. It is also overlooking the lagoon. The rooms are big and nice.

It was ok for 1 night. Bathroom not sealed properly, so you can get smells from other bathrooms if you know what I mean. Breakfast was mediocre. Price a little high for the services offered.

Stayed for one night in room 214. A cherry tree in full bloom just outside the window. Cool spring morning air, filled with the scent of the sea and honey. Peaceful, almost meditative start to the day

This place were really simple and good place. But to be 4 star hotel it could be little more upgraded. The bed was really good, breakfast was really good. All the warm food u need to order, which means it fresh and warm

I had a lovely stay at Navalis Hotel in Klaipėda. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable

We stayed one night and the check in was seamless. On reception was Raimonda, she made the stay truly lovely, she was incredibly cheerful, helpful and was very welcoming

It was a splenind stay, 12-15 minutes walk from the city center and the ferry. The hotel is pretty modern, it was clean. The breakfast was superb! The parking lot behind the hotel for some extra cost

Stayed off-season in a two-level apartment (~50 m²). While the room shows some age, the bathroom has been upgraded with GROHE and Smedbo fittings — a premium touch. Staff were friendly and polite
