Nice peaceful location with a beautiful view to the Lagoon, but the experience totally ruined by the terrible service: receptionists do not care if you exist and the restaurant... we had the most terrible experience there,mostly because of the chef who did not hide the fact that he had a hangover, was terribly rude and was arguing with the customers who were showing their dissatisfaction. We had to wait for our food for more than an hour (it was not that crowded at the moment), the orders were mixed numeroud times and my friend was not allowed to order something from the kid's menu, because "she's not a kid"! At night the hotel door is locked and noone stays in reception, and you have to call a cell number so that the receptionist, sleeping somewhere upstairs, would go down and let you in, so if your cellphone is dead - good luck! When we came back to the hotel at 1 am found a guest at the door who has been waiting for an hour for someone to let her in. Oh, and the icing on the cake - no hot water in the morning.

The hotel felt like it was in the middle of transition from worse to better. There were no blinds in the room despite large windows facing East (and sunrise starts just after 5 AM in July). The restaurant music was often too loud and penetrating even into the bathroom; once, in the middle of the week, it didn't go silent even after midnight. Even though the hotel is not located directly by the road, the occasional traffic can be really loud during the night and the room goes alight with headlamps (no blinds available). On the other hand, the restaurant food was really nice and the staff was friendly.

Was a bit dirty, with stained sheets and spiderwebs. Our booking.com reservation was not registered in the system and luckily there was one double room available.
Bike rental is cool and has a lower price, but some bikes were not in great conditions or with a working flashlight. The charging for the bikes was also misleading and they charged us more than advertised.
TV remote was not working.
For a one night or a place where you end up just to sleep, is very good tho.

Very good location. Rooms are comfortable and nice with a beautiful view to the forest, however, nobody came to change towels, toilet paper and take out the trash. Breakfast was delicious, but it lacked variety, just as hotel's restaurant's meniu.

On our trip through the baltics one of the best 3 star hotels. Very nice and cozy. Unfortunately no elevator, but a very helpful receptionist. Since we travelled with a baby, we were offered to get another room on the ground floor instead of 3rd floor (still 4 or 5 steps to ground floor but this was no problem for us). Room was with balcony and baby crib, but curtains could be darker. Breakfast was small, but fresh and tasty. Real scrambled egg (usually you get egg powder stuff that doesn't really taste like egg), fruits and good coffee. We liked the toy and play corner for kids, so we could enjoy breakfast while the little one was distracted by all the new toys. It's not in Nida directly, but a nice 15 min walk along the beachside will get you there (or rent a bike).

I stayed 2 nights, thu-sat, without major issues.
The breakfast on the friday was disappointing with the strongest coffee I have ever tasted and very small selection of food.
This was however not a problem on the saturday breakfast.
It was slightly unclear where you need to park, but was easily solved by asking the receptionist.
The reception is supposedly closed at night but I did not see it closed and I arrived back at the hotel latest 23:30.
If you watch videps in bed be sure to brong a long cable since there are no sockets next to the bed.
And also worth mentioning is that there is no safe in the room.
WiFi was free and okay speed, 10/10Mbps measured.
Overall it was a nice experience with vacation atmosphere and somewhat modern interior.
Recommended.
