After the renovation, the hotel got new doors, but they removed the chain locks from them. I honestly didn't feel safe there. Anyone with a key could just come in even hotel staff. Remove the locks in 2025? Very weird decision. Ive stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen this anywhere else. It really made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

We had a nice stay here. Modern and clean rooms, and the reception and spa staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good with a good selection. Unfortunately, we had a somewhat bad experience when we had dinner in the restaurant. The staff were more interested in chatting with each other than letting us order and serve us food. After searching for options, as a party of 7, we truly felt we had found a gem of a hotel in the old part of the city that was very much up to modern and comfortable standards. Plan to visit again as trip was work related so hope they have room for me next time.

The place to stay in Klaipėda Great hotel. Well located in the heart of the old town. Service couldn't be friendlier. Comfort and atyle are present of course but there is a little something more. Especially with morning breakfast.

Very good breakfast, we also had lunch at the hotel restaurant - was good as well. Dinner had to be reserved (on weekends), but many places around to eat, all nice. Park across the street is fantastic - english style, big enough to get lost, very convenient way to the beach, has cute amber museum on premises… cafe and the shop.

Amazing hotel, very attentive staff, breakfast buffet has a variety foods and lovely coffee even with alternative milks, 1 minute to the beach. I was there for dinner and It was amazing. The grilled shrimp was very tasty including the grilled potatoes and salad. Also the mango cocktail was tasty good presentation.

We were there in May. Beautiful setting, nice rooms, comfy beds, delicious breakfast and the spa out of this world with mint tea served. Don’t forget there is ice and cold plunge. Attentive staff. Mixed reviews Public area were fabulous but the room was tired and in need of a facelift. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was excellent - friendly and informative. That was not the case in the morning when we asked for a taxi to the airport - offhand and unhelpful.

It was a splenind stay, 12-15 minutes walk from the city center and the ferry. The hotel is pretty modern, it was clean. The breakfast was superb! The parking lot behind the hotel for some extra cost. The room was calm. I would recomment the stay in here!

Great place to stay with family. Kid friendly and pet friendly. Courteus staff, nice clean rooms, delicious food. Breakfast is included and has very generous selection and it's not the same from day to day. There's even a playground for kids right next to the restaurant. From my point of view that's the best hotel in Klaipeda if you come to work or just 1-2 days stop in your trip. It's really cheap, clean with nice breakfast and if you want you can have a couple of drinks at the bar.

Noisy place at the night time, the train working all night

The hotel do not give any reward for gold members or if you have stayed at the hotel for many days. Even after several moths I did not get any benefit, like free acess to spa or reduced price. They do not refill free drinking water at the room you have to change room every day if you want free water. So grate hotel but no reward if you stay long or come often.

Great place Far superior to our other hotel stays. The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the old town and the Coruna Spit. Our room was an upgrade and was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was an excellent spread of choices.

Very nice hotel in near old town. Hall is very picturesque! Much appreciating a very nice breakfast which varies day after day. Rooms are rather spacious, however bath is rather awkwardly placed as all eater pours on the floor.

Good one/two night stand hotel, can't say anything bad about it besides beds we got. Tasty breakfast with lots of stuff to choose. I ate eggs and salted porridge to which I added some jam, was very delicious! But! Beds, exactly matresses were WAY too soft, I mean super soft. I don't think it's healthy to sleep on such matresses for your spine for many days, but it was okay for one night.

It was ok for 1 night. Bathroom not sealed properly, so you can get smells from other bathrooms if you know what I mean. Breakfast was mediocre. Price a little high for the services offered.

If you're on a budget, it's a good place to stay. However, you need to make sure you've been in contact with the property prior to check-in to receive the needed information. Lack of parking was also a minus. Overall, very clean, quiet, and convenient.

Modern hotel that does the basics well. Reasonable selection on the breakfast buffet. Rooms were comfortable and clean and our room was quiet despite the hotel being fairly busy. The hotel is about 15min walk from the centre of the city.

The location is super good, it is near the bus station, 15 mins walk to the center, so it is quite nice to stay, near the bakery for breakfast, and nice restaurants for dinner.
