I really loved the view! I have never been to the port before so watching ships arrive and dock was really fascinating. Overall great location. Clean and specious room. The only cons were you could hear your neighbors. There is no water, coffee or teapot in the room I wish there was something basic you could just have in the room.

Unfortunately the staff wasn’t very friendly with us. We had the feeling that guests from abroad were merely a nuisance than welcome.

From my point of view that's the best hotel in Klaipeda if you come to work or just 1-2 days stop in your trip. It's really cheap, clean with nice breakfast and if you want you can have a couple of drinks at the bar.

Noisy place at the night time, the train working all night

The air conditioning system for the entire building was non-functional. This was not an issue during our stay as the weather was quite cool. We were told this is a temporary problem. After searching for options, as a party of 7, we truly felt we had found a gem of a hotel in the old part of the city that was very much up to modern and comfortable standards. Plan to visit again as trip was work related so hope they have room for me next time.

Mixed reviews Public area were fabulous but the room was tired and in need of a facelift. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was excellent - friendly and informative. That was not the case in the morning when we asked for a taxi to the airport - offhand and unhelpful.

The hotel do not give any reward for gold members or if you have stayed at the hotel for many days. Even after several moths I did not get any benefit, like free acess to spa or reduced price. They do not refill free drinking water at the room you have to change room every day if you want free water. So grate hotel but no reward if you stay long or come often.

After the renovation, the hotel got new doors, but they removed the chain locks from them. I honestly didn't feel safe there. Anyone with a key could just come in even hotel staff. Pros: I visit only SPA with my family at least once per month. There are SPA, swimming pool, jacuzzis, falling water, saunas etc. Relaxation is guaranteed. Modern hotel that does the basics well. Reasonable selection on the breakfast buffet. Rooms were comfortable and clean and our room was quiet despite the hotel being fairly busy. The hotel is about 15min walk from the centre of the city.

The location is super good, it is near the bus station, 15 mins walk to the center, so it is quite nice to stay, near the bakery for breakfast, and nice restaurants for dinner. The staffs are friendly and helpful. There is also option for breakfast and nice bar inside the hotel. The room is clean and enough facilities. I really enjoy staying here.

Amazing service and breakfast! Great location and clean rooms. The only inconvenient part was the shower, as it was slippery and the shower head had only 1 mode and was not comfortable to shower under. Other than that, definitely recommed!

Good one/two night stand hotel, can't say anything bad about it besides beds we got. Tasty breakfast with lots of stuff to choose. I ate eggs and salted porridge to which I added some jam, was very delicious! But! Beds, exactly matresses were WAY too soft, I mean super soft. I don't think it's healthy to sleep on such matresses for your spine for many days, but it was okay for one night.

It was ok for 1 night. Bathroom not sealed properly, so you can get smells from other bathrooms if you know what I mean. Breakfast was mediocre. Price a little high for the services offered.

I had a lovely stay at Navalis Hotel in Klaipėda. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
