It's clean and pretty nice. The rooms are getting worn, but kept clean. There is no air conditioning but they provide a dehumidifier in the room, which made it fine. Breakfast is good. They offer parking behind the hotel for 25 euros. A short walk to the heart of old town, so a very good location.

One of the rooms that we had booked did not have a working shower, the water was dirty. We complained about it and the woman at the reception couldn't care less. On the last night we were offered another room, by another at the reception, too little too late.

From 2am till 3am gone through drama like battle field, police and fire fighters were in in hotel to find the reason why alarm is on, 2 times at 2am and 3.30am alarm went on for half an hour and even bother themselves give us explanation at the end of the day charged 2 euros as city tax.

Great cheap hotel, centrally located on the edge of the old town. 5 minutes walk to central station. Comfortable and clean, only complaint is the pillows aren't great... otherwise great affordable accommodation.

The location is great. The desk staff is friendly and eager to give advice. The rest is mediocre. We got their smallest room (I think…) on second floor. Since the central cooling system did not work, we could choose between very warm nights with the window closed, or noise and fumes from busses with the window open. Toilet broke down but we could fix it our selves.
Breakfast is so-so and served in a stuffy basement, often with a cue of people waiting to be seated. Breakfast staff were looking a bit miserable, likely because of stress.
Overall, not recommendable.

Warm and clean room, staff spoke English at a good level. Water was hot (which I heard from other travelers can be a problem in Vilnius). Breakfast was plenty and tasty. The hotel is centraly located, it gave me the opportunity to explore the Old Center of Vilnius on foot a lot. Room was a bit small but enough for a solo traveler. There is a luggage room.

They don't return items left in a room. I checked out and realised I left an important item to me in the room. (I was gifted that item in the room, so it didn't leave the room at all) I came back later on the same day and they said it's not found. I called them and said could you look for it and they didn't find it, so a cleaning person stole it. They just said maybe it's in the wash but was not found. That's impossible.

Over all it is a pleasant stay in Vilnius thanks to the location of the hotel however it’s sad to waste such a perfect location on mediocre service and lack of care from the managers, there’s really potential for something great if someone would actually care about the place.
First of all the hotel’s location is perfect!Walking to all major attractions, areas and the central station is easy and a few gems are really close especially the blues bar around 1 minute away.
The rooms are not luxurious but they are good and clean with a working bed and bathroom. The reason for the 2 stars is unfortunately the service. Our room was never noticeably cleaned, neither was the bed made with new sheets. During our whole stay we never got a refill with toilet paper, telling the reception did not change our situation and we were forced to steal from the cleaning trolly. However some mornings we preferred to sleep in and we used the “do not disturb” sign, though after coming back to the hotel in the evening we saw that trash bags were changed and towels were folded so why not clean the room properly? Especially after we told the reception…

My last and maybe biggest concern is the safety, in case of an emergency the emergency exits are blocked off by bags of dirty sheets and trash from the cleaners which is a HUGE safety violation! The doors to the emergency exit stairs are also left open constantly which in case of a fire will let smoke fill up the escape route.
The reception CLOSES at 00:00 we encountered guests arriving late due to a delayed flight, no one in the reception to help them, neither did anyone pick up the phone. So be sure to arrive BEFORE closing if you have a prepaid visit unless you want to join the homeless on the street.

Nice place. Perfect location. Close to many symbol of the city. Good breakfast. But they got city tax from me although I paid all tax and price during the reservation process on Agoda app.
