7 Star Hotel in Petaling Jaya

2times staying here.. 1st times was very good, clean and lighting bright. But no provide toilet paper.. Second time is worst.. Dirty & have crockcorch inside. The worst is i everytime check out morning 8am, there was no staff at reception..

We had to stay here 4 nights as a last minute decision. The reviews were quite worrying but we had no other choice.

Pros:
-cheap rate per night,
-free cold water,
-staff tried to accommodate when possible i.e. we requested a kettle , new bed sheets everyday, toilet papers, etc.
- free WiFi and Netflix on TV

Cons:
- no elevators,
- they use a cleaning product that smells very strong and not in a nice way, however the smell disappears as you stay longer in the room.
- rooms are very tiny they just fit the bed and 1 small bedside table,
- there was mold in the bathroom,
-i did not have anywhere to hang clothes in my room even tho they brought me hangers which was funny.
- the staff would randomly open the door to clean the room without knocking then would apologise. Not sure if they confusing the room or what?
- the room is very hot and so the AC was on most of the time otherwise we would swim in our sweat, and due to the small space, my husband and I got extremely sick.

Poorly maintained. Smell like sins. rude receptionist ... Business is tough but not helping diri sendiri

Not a decent stay. Manager and staff so rude dont event listen to us just kept talking to bluff us.. So low budget so the quality of everytjing is out meter lowered!

Misleading hotel name. Dont deserve any star at all. So smelly with cigar scent regardless changin rooms.. Poor ventilation. Poor customer service and phone greeting skills. Poor staff softskills. Cheap but not worth it.

The price and design is not as good as advertised in Airbnb or others website and there is a window which can see through from outside into the room and not covered.... No privacy at all, not recommended to go if you plan for trip
