The aircond compressor was quite noisy, and at first there was a smoke smell in the room. After turning on the aircond for a while, the smell went away. Other than that, the stay was acceptable.

The room's air conditioning is noisy. There's some ants here & there. The plus side is that there's water dispenser.

A good and convenient hotel. As it is close to the shopping mall, many food outlet nearby, thus enjoy staying the night there.

very sad, not as per photo, the standand too low, so regret to booked.
less parking, no reserve lot for hotel guess, some only can park 2 hours, photo has been attached

No public transportation nearby, female staff for morning shift wasn’t attentive, busy with listening to music on phone, dirty bedsheets and no amenities.

Parking could be tough. The cupcakes might seem overpriced, but I feel that I'm paying for the ambience, wifi, the overall environment of the outlet. But I love the cupcakes and milk! #drinkmoremilk! ?

Thank you to all your front line staff in the DU store. As my open house was @ 10 AM, I requested to collect the cakes at your opening time@ 9 AM. But I got there half an hour earlier and everything was freshly baked and ready. All went down a treat with both kids and adults. Keep up the good work and will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family!

The cafe is at second floor. Due to some miss communication w google, u will see "parmenent close" in map but right now the cafe still operating. The full name of cafe is called " Jin Yi by Coffee Ritual". They provide many brewing methods including espresso, syphon, ice drip n pour over. They also provide burger n pasta.

Cosy Place for Dinner

Need to be early to get a parking else park at starling mall.

Good selection of western food and seafood as well. Choice of wine are available.

Good australian wine for christmas.

Tenderloin beef and rainbow trout.

Excellent Service.

Not as good as before. Used to be my favourite restaurant for years, but was rather disappointed with the steak. Also, it was not worth what I paid. I ended up having another steak (another restaurant) the next day as it was too unsatisfying. Ps., no one at the table was satisfied that day.
