This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at, with so many complimentary items provided. The hotel staff also took note of my request to celebrate our anniversary, which made our stay even more special. My children absolutely loved staying here. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices and everything was delicious. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Kuala Lumpur. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

A pleasant stay in a newly renovated hotel. The room was clean, bright, and generously sized. Breakfast included a nice mix of Chinese and Western cuisine.

The location is superb in the centre of Shah Alam town, surrounded by eateries and opposite is a mall. The hotel is dated but the it seems like the room in premier floor have been refurbished, however it is clean. The hotel is situated in a busy hub in Shah Alam surrounded by many corporate offices. I chose this location mainly because it’s close to my company office, which makes it very convenient. Overall, the hotel offers basic amenities and facilities suitable for an overnight stay. The availability of a swimming pool, restaurant and café is an added advantage.

There's a playground downstairs and a mall nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the area is quite bustling. No deposit was needed, just a few Malaysian Ringgit for tax. Check-in was very smooth. It was an excellent experience.

This is my 3rd time staying at the hotel. There are Chinese, Thai and Indian restaurant. Also 24 hrs clinic and marts. The area is very convenient. Downside is the rooms are not boise proof. Can hear the noise from outside and may wake you up if other guests make noise during late night.

Hotel located near to Sunway Pyramid

The room was small but fit enough for me, my mother and 2 cabin suitcases. No breakfast was provided but all around the hotels, there are so many restaurants to choose. The room was self checkin but smooth enough. Sunway medical center is only 10minutes walk. Sunway lagoon and mall is across the hotel. Overall it is a good hotel

The hotel is nice and cozy, quite strategic because it is near to the Sunway Pyramid Mall and the Sunway Medical Centre. The hotel room is just your everyday standard room but it is okay because it was cheap. However, all of the Indian staff were rude and thus gave a bad hospitality.

No frills but you get what you pay for. The location is really outstanding with eateries and the Starling within a 3 minute walk. The MRT is a good 20 min hike so its grab for transports. The rooms are clean, but they are not spectucular. Everything works, bare minimum. You could get similarly priced better and bigger rooms close by but its not nearly as convenient as the Lighthouse
