We truly enjoyed our stay here for 3d2n, overall experience was great, staffs were friendly and very helpful, breakfast variety was good, room was cozy & clean. Got free mini bar & we love all the amenities provided. Only con was no bidet in all the bathroom, but somehow will definitely repeat here.

Stayed at Le Meridien Putrajaya and truly enjoyed the experience. The bed was super soft and comfy, the room was big, clean and well-kept, and the staff were all very friendly. The breakfast spread was one of the best—so many choices! Loved that they also had a kids’ room for the little ones to play. Perfect for families!

Small hotel with a great location. I always stay here if I want to visit my mother. The downside is we need to park underground that has smelly air. Other than that all great and value for money. Breakfast is also good.

All the hotel furniture is old and musty. No amount of deep cleaning can bring them back to life. Please just replace them with a new one. It seems like you had them since you opened the hotel. Otherwise, Everything else is fine.

Location wise this hotel is surrounded by government head quarters buildings such as immigration department & domestic trade & consumer affairs department. it's just walking distance to so many government departments building.

Welcomed and greet by Iskandar, managed and assigned room to me very swift and professional. We came to attend the marathon event and I really enjoy the stay. Recommended and will return again.

Upset with their hotel towel. Dirty and got stain. During check in only One staff available and the rest keep on chatting. So need to wait about 10 minutes. Need to improve on reception counter not let customer waiting too long. Breakfast was good with many choices.

Booked the official hotel for the event there, due to the event, requested to extend 30min to have a quick shower, was being rejected. First time in my hotel staying, only this hotel I stayed cannot even extend for 30 minutes. Damn disappointing. Gotten a room facing the carpark and main road, the cars outside exhaust sound was fast and furious, I can’t even have a proper rest.

This hotel has a more chalet vibe than hotel. The twin bedroom is tiny & the towels are not fluffy, not like a 4/5 star towel standard. The only advantage is the lake. Even then, I get to see the window of another room. Room service was poor as they didn’t clear the pantry top nor top up the tea & coffee sachets. I’ve stayed at many DoubleTree hotels, but the Putrajaya one was the least pleasant experience for me. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming. It was difficult to get the receptionist to answer calls, and when I requested a baby cot, it only arrived after several hours. TlWe had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree Putrajaya. The hotel design is beautiful and modern, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The splash pool was especially fun and perfect for a relaxing time. The food selection was impressive, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our stay.

It's a beautiful room, the view is amazing and the room is generally clean but I feel that the carpet in the room has stains and needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Otherwise the stay and the experience was great.

Our second stay at this great hotel in the beautiful and quite Putrajaya. All of the staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices and great outdoor seating by the lake also available. If you're visiting PJ we really recommend this hotel.

Thought they have campfire since its public holiday (although Sunday), but they dont have it that day. Pool is a little “nothing much”, but kids loveeeee it. The simple slide made our youngest one brave emough to go down by himself. Food are soooo good and soooo many choices

Palm Garden Hotel is very convenient as it is located near the largest mall in malaysia, IOI Mall. The room is clean and spacious. Would definitely revisit.

The assigned room next to the AHU or mechanical room, so I can hear significant noise, since i checked in late and being busy whole day plus only stay one night, i didnot request a change. Upon entered the room i spotted a dead cockroach….

It was amazing! Check in was smooth rooms clean , friendly staff and amazing breakfast spread, the buggy service was nice from the pickup parking. Amazing views of the area.

Good hospitality and will come again

Had a staycation here with a friend during new year as we live nearby Putrajaya and just want to relax at the hotel. The room is spacious and my favourite thing here is the bed is really really comfy. The swimming pool is huge, it doesn’t feel crowded even when there were many guests staying during new year. The staff at the swimming pool for both days i went are friendly and they played good songs...

Very good high class place to stay and preety after so many years pass since 2004. It is a 5 stars hotel. Good is good and the best part is the clean and big soft bed. Hahaha

I stayed at pulse grande Hotel Putrajaya for 1 nights in Room 331. The room was clean and the staff were polite. However, there was no electricity and water for several hours during my stay, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The front desk was informed but the issue was not resolved quickly. I hope the hotel improves their basic services. Currently, I cannot fully recommend this hotel.

The hotel is near to restaurants. Many cafes nearby. Front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating.

This hotel is a good choice for a solo traveler. There are many restaurants nearby, and I felt safe walking in the area. Also near Putra Square

Everything about the hotel and room is good. Only the parking is the issue as the hotel as allocated in the middle of town so it shared the parking with other public users. Had to go aroung numerous time to find a parking spot. And it will only be your lick if the parking sport is near the hotel entrance, otherwise had to walk quite some distance.

Great Location, a 24-hours mamak store is nearby, with a lot of convenience store too. Room is very clean. The lobby staff are welcoming and nice. Not many facilities that are relevant to us.
