I love everything about this hotel. Room is spacious and clean. In room dining & breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly. Shuttle to IOI City Mall is on time.

Great get away before heading to busy KL. Kids had fun will pool and activities. Staff were great. Breakfast was great. The park nearby was great with electric bike and scooter hire. Really happy

The highight of the hotel is the kids's pool. Totally worth it. The room that I was booked was very spacious & the breakfast also good.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit

I’m not sure why this gets good ratings as it was very mediocre .
Service was poor: we were mostly ignored by staff and had to ask three times to get water.
When the food did arrive the noodles were cold and the soup tepid.
Food was okay - but frankly you can get better at less than half the price down the road at the IOI City Mall.

Very disappointing buffet dinner. The main course was roast beef but there was nothing left and when we asked if they would make more. The answer was NO, other dishes were only refilled upon complaining to the manager. The selection is very limited and you're better off going to Le Meridian across the road.

Had a wedding lunch buffet there, surprisingly they do not have juice drink serves for customers, only for customer who attend the wedding, not sure was it only limited time for non-juice drink as they only serves coffee. Their website is not readable in mobile FYI.
