Booked the official hotel for the event there, due to the event, requested to extend 30min to have a quick shower, was being rejected. First time in my hotel staying, only this hotel I stayed cannot even extend for 30 minutes. Damn disappointing. Gotten a room facing the carpark and main road, the cars outside exhaust sound was fast and furious, I can’t even have a proper rest.

This hotel is located just about 30 minutes from KLIA, which makes it very convenient, especially for travelers with early flights or short layovers. What really stands out is how family-oriented the place is. There are plenty of activities for kids, including a kids’ club and a splash pool, so children can stay entertained while parents relax.
The staff are exceptionally friendly, especially towards kids, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. It’s clear that families are well taken care of here.
The room had everything we needed for a couple of days — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel also offers a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices, so everyone can find something they like.

This hotel has a more chalet vibe than hotel. The twin bedroom is tiny & the towels are not fluffy, not like a 4/5 star towel standard. The only advantage is the lake. Even then, I get to see the window of another room.
Room service was poor as they didn’t clear the pantry top nor top up the tea & coffee sachets. There was a ceiling leak just outside our door with lots of pails & noise from dripping water & it was really unpleasant.
We need to pay for the parking. They only pay RM$3 max for any exit. The rest you pay. We won’t be coming back for sure!

I’ve stayed at many DoubleTree hotels, but the Putrajaya one was the least pleasant experience for me. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming. It was difficult to get the receptionist to answer calls, and when I requested a baby cot, it only arrived after several hours.
When we arrived, staff saw us but did not offer a trolley we had to go and get it ourselves. It honestly felt like they were understaffed, which may explain the service issues, but overall the experience felt unwelcoming.
That said, I do want to compliment the food. The breakfast was good, and the nasi lemak was especially delicious probably the best part of the stay.

TlWe had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree Putrajaya. The hotel design is beautiful and modern, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The splash pool was especially fun and perfect for a relaxing time. The food selection was impressive, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, well maintained, and adequately equipped for a short stay. Check in and check out were smooth, While there is room for improvement in certain areas such as the Aircond, the overall experience met expectations.

Kids really enjoy all the facilities especially splash pool and kids area. Kredit to All staff from front desk to recreation and also to security. All of them are very helpful and always smile.

Stayed during school holidays, we would say that the staff were friendly & provide warm hospitality. Smooth check in check out process & welcome cookies were delicious.

I stayed one night at DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya mainly because I was attending a wedding reception at BoraOmbak, which is conveniently just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The location was definitely a big plus.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately it wasn’t very soundproof. I could hear car honking from outside as well as people talking in the corridor, which slightly affected my rest.
Breakfast was decent. I tried the nasi minyak with ayam masak merah, which was really delicious and filling. I wanted to try more dishes, but some items were slow to be refilled. Overall, it was a convenient stay for a short visit, especially if you’re attending an event nearby.
