The location is good just in front of a tiny beach (be aware the beach floor is not sandy and soft as you may think.. i wish if the hotels there made some effort to remove the stones and sharp rocks and clean the water from seaweeds). There is no swimming pool in this facility. The breakfast is very poor also dinner is below average. I would say it's a 3 star hotel with good seaview.

Amazing place if you are looking for Pvt Island within budget holiday in Maldives. Amazing food, you can't skip desert specially. Amazing place for honeymoon. Nice view. Very friendly instructors. Pickup and drop from/to airport is awesome in speed boat. Food is awesome, but very few items for vegetarians. Room service is good. Arrival jetty view is very awesome. Spa, restaurant,bar, watersports, gym,indoor games, etc ., are there. Don't go for local island visit, which is free of cost. There is no TV inside room.

We spent 5 fantastic days here. We loved the original rustical simple style, tiny villa equiped with all what we needed. Comfortable beds, delicious food and very kind and helpful staff. We explore some activities like water sku, canoe or massages.

Rihiveli Maldives is a Resort where you can spend your holiday relaxing and enjoying nature. All very nice: Siwa cleaned our room every day and was always friendly, polite and very helpful. Good location, nice hotel.Reasonable price for hotel room and food.

All staff were very kind 5 mins walk to ferry Arena hotel include private beach and swimming pool. Breakfast start at 7:00 and a lot of people. Need to come on time and o need to wait for table But they refill the foods very fast. We joined fast day trip to see nurse shark. The speed boat very clean and staff were very responsible and kind.

Can't really give my honest review on Kaani Village as we got free upgrade to Kaani Palm Beach, which is 10x better, I would say! Upon walking around, I can see that Kaani Village is not facing the beach at all. Thank goodness for the upgrade to the beach facing hotel. The room is quite comfortable and close to the beach. There are many restaurants and daily necessities stores around, which is convenient for shopping and eating. It would be better if the store could provide Chinese services.

Our 2nd week on Maldives having been to Maldives 9 years ago. New to this island. It reminds me of what Maafushi was probably like 20 years ago. I can see it ending up like Maafushi with 50 hotels and tons of restaurants. At the moment it is quite untouched. Very reasonable priced hotels. I paid £50 a night for our room for 2. This was more a rustic guest house rather than hotel. There is NO LIFT...

We had another wonderful vacation at the Ocean Retreat. Thank you for everything, whether it was help with sunburn, questions about the transfer or simply about life on Guraidhoo. The hotel is not for pretentious people looking for luxury, but for real tourists, the hotel offers comfort, peaceful quiet sleep, and infinitely friendly staff who will wrap your lunch for a trip with sharks or turtles with a smile. If you don't like the food because of its too Indian flavor, they also offer more European food at the hotel next door.
