We had a truly wonderful stay. We loved the hotel’s concept and overall atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and provided a good service throughout our stay.
Our room was clean, comfortable and had an awesome sea view. The food was exceptional as well. We spent some time exploring outside the hotel, otherwise we would happily have stayed and enjoyed the property even more.
Overall, it was a great experience and everything was just lovely. Highly recommended!

Me and my sister stayed at Mourouk supposedly for 3 nights, 4 days but due to cyclonic conditions and as there was no flight so we extended one more day. The staff were very polite and welcoming. Our room which was bit far from the reception and restaurant and we request for moving nearer. Our request was granted very quickly. The chef prepared a vegetarian meal exceptionally for us. Thank you chef! we enjoyed every minute of our stay at your esteemed hotel.

Overall pleasant, good hotel, location, and infrastructure but could do better.
I loved the location, the deco, layout but I feel that service and food offer needs improvement.
Breakfast repetitive everyday with no changes. Evening buffet lacks variety specially dessert wise, but nevertherless all were very tasty.
I also feeled that the service needs a little improvement as no initiative from servers to come and get you menus or take orders whenever you sit in the bar section, by the pool or by the beach. You need to go to the bar to place your order, which I find a bit annoying but again cocktails were excellent. A little bit pricey to my opinion but they do a happy hour everyday from 6pm to 7pm.
All in all, I enjoyed my little break at this beautiful property and will surely consider re visiting again for my next trip to Rodrigues.

Been here 5 times already. We chose C Mourouk because of the service it offers, how polite the staff are and how helpful they were in the past.
This time out, there were some new staffs and we did not get the same level of service we are used to. Everything is more money minded;
was charged for beers that were supposed to be "buy one get one free" (within the happy hour slot)
Been asked for corkage fee even though we are drinking wine in our room
Told that after an audit, management changed some policies at the hotel.
I hope this is just a rookie mistake by the new staffs. Else, I hope management reverts back to its old policies.

The whole family had a wonderful stay last week. Our rooms were very cosy and comfortable, providing the perfect space to relax. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A huge round of applause to the kitchen team—the food was delicious and full of local flavor. A very nice setup for Christmas. Wishing you all Happy new Year 2026. We cannot wait to come back soon.

Me n my wife( Seedick n Yasmine) of room 212(2 Dec 25 to 5 Dec 25, we are really amazed of the renovation of the then EBONY now CONSTANCE hotel at Mourouk encouraged by MARIO n MICHELLE at RECEPTION,well received n directed by well trained STAFF like Ariella,wesley,Pascal ,Mathieu,Yanick ( just to name a few),but all the members of your STAFF are really helpful putting us at ease,n encouraging us to come again n again, superb.Food choice n quality is excellent, room is of GREAT international standard, A.C ,shower,toilet bedroom ,leisure with snooker,table tennis, carrom ,swmming pool etc well designed with SEA VIEW,making our stay evev in HOT SUMMER very comfortable,thnx for all

For lunch have had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a cozy ambiance that made the whole meal even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

Incredibly friendly staff on a laid back island and in a small and pretty hotel. Breakfast and dinner were in a buffet style and as vegetarians, we were well catered for and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. There was a variety of meat dishes every evening too. The rooms have a sea view and have a kind of beach hut vibe. Not luxurious but comfortable, practical and like everywhere else in this hotel, spotlessly clean. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the guided walk around the island, whilst I enjoyed lounging at the pool. Kite surfing was available but that looked a bit too energetic for us. We also enjoyed sunset wine tasting with an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate sommelier, Michael. He really gets to know his clients and their tastes in wine which he then used to help us choose the wine for each evening. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for a chilled out hotel with friendly staff, good food and a great selection of wine, then this hotel would be hard to beat.

Our stay at C Rodrigues Mourook was memorable and filled with warm hospitality. The staff welcomed us sincerely, and we are especially grateful to those who swiftly arranged medical assistance for my wife on Saturday evening. Our guide and driver, Rony and Alaine, enriched our excursions with fascinating stories about historical piracy. Giovani brilliantly explained the cave’s natural stalagmites and stalactites, making the experience magical. A heartfelt thanks to Emillia at reception for making our 1st wedding anniversary truly special. The resort also served some of the finest island flavours, making our visit unforgettable.
