Me and my sister stayed at Mourouk supposedly for 3 nights, 4 days but due to cyclonic conditions and as there was no flight so we extended one more day. The staff were very polite and welcoming. Our room which was bit far from the reception and restaurant and we request for moving nearer. Our request was granted very quickly. The chef prepared a vegetarian meal exceptionally for us. Overall pleasant, good hotel, location, and infrastructure but could do better. I loved the location, the deco, layout but I feel that service and food offer needs improvement. Breakfast repetitive everyday with no changes. Evening buffet lacks variety specially dessert wise, but nevertherless all were very tasty. Been here 5 times already. We chose C Mourouk because of the service it offers, how polite the staff are and how helpful they were in the past. This time out, there were some new staffs and we did not get the same level of service we are used to. Everything is more money minded; was charged for beers that were supposed to be "buy one get one free" (within the happy hour slot) Been asked for corkage...

The whole family had a wonderful stay last week. Our rooms were very cosy and comfortable, providing the perfect space to relax. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A huge round of applause to the kitchen team—the food was delicious and full of local flavor. Le Benitier is located at Grand Baie, a quiet village at the foot of a valley and right in front of the beach. The beautiful garden is well maintained and provides a serene atmosphere. The dinners was excellent. We asked for vegetarian food and were very satisfied. The rooms are tidy and value for money.

From the moment we arrived we were looked after by In thrMrs Sonia. We were treat like family. We went half board with simple breakfasts, bread jams eggs butter cakes. With 16 k for 2 night 3 days ..was ok ..value for money ... just need a car for rent if want to visit rodrigue..shown us beach house pictures and live in a house. Felt deception..but food for dinner was great...no complain with food services

ROOMS ARE SO NICE. The rooms are not spacious however they have 1 bathroom and small kitchen equipped with glasses, microwave, sink, refrigerator and android Tv. All rooms are have AC. We ate well and the food was good! It is situated near the sea and also have a big swimming pool under construction almost finished as at today. I highly recommand this place.
