The hotel’s location is excellent, offering a wonderful view of the Jardín Unión, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. Being so close to the main attractions made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The rooms were adequate and comfortable; however, we found hair on the bed upon arrival, which was not very pleasant and made the cleanliness feel less satisfactory...

The location of the hotel was ideal being in the centre of the city. The only drawback to this location is the late night, early morning reverie of the party crowd. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

Hotel location is good , rooms are big. On the first night the shower area drainage system was choked up but after we informed the hotel it was fixed within the day. Service is also good. The car park location is far from the hotel if you are driving .

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever come across, nothing else, everything is perfect, the only drawback is that the shower water is a little small, but it is not a big problem. The location is good, the Wi-Fi is strong, the room is big, and the service is great.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, making sightseeing extremely convenient. The hotel's century-old cultural heritage feels like stepping into a museum. The entire city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, definitely worth a visit!

This hotel is over 100 years old. They try hard. But dimley lighted, poor electric oitlets. Singke elevator bare accessible

Room is great accommodations were great and area is great parking was hard to find and get to but other than that great hotel

The room was clean , it was a classic hotel . Not modern at all , If that what you are looking for .

We went to this town unexpectedly and stayed here. In the Heart of the plaza. Minutes from everything big and important. This is the BEST place to stay for convenience.

One of the nicest hotels we've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Also the most dog friendly room ever. We stayed in Bernabe suite which has a beautiful lawn out front. Our Frenchies walked the entire property off leash.

This Hotel is the best from checking in until checking out. The grounds the Tepeyac apartment which we got loved the views staff breakfast didn't want to leave. The staff was awesome from front desk, the people that cooked us breakfast, the property manager very nice man,Jeremy the Gardner which took time to show us around on our last day.I can go on and on I LOVE THIS PLACE you can feel the good...

Absolutely everything! Felt like I was at home, but with a significantly better view! Booked the suite with the hot tub on the terrace....wow! Staff were welcoming, accommodating, and above all, lovely. Location is a couple of miles out of town, up the hill, which offers the peace and quiet that was being sought, and close proximity for exploration day or night. A hidden gem!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for our first time in Guanajuato. I can't describe in words what a wonderful experience we had. The entire staff treated us like family. They prepared a delicious breakfast buffet and set a beautiful table for our family. The Manager, Javier, gave us a tour of the property and showed us the stunning views that surround this property. Very warm and friendly staff! The hotel is super cozy and clean. Away from the center but not far, which gives you a balance of convenience and tranquility. Spacious bathroom, music system, and good breakfast are just a few among many highlights. Would love to come back and visit again.

Everything was very clean, and the hotel staff provided excellent service.

Room was very clean each day during our week stay. Some unexpected nice surprises from the staff. They also surprised my spouse with a birthday balloon, card, and dessert on his birthday.

The room stated view but windows are tinted frosted so no . Room was nice but over priced for the room we picked understandable with event in town .

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were good size and clean.

The place is in a great location and easy to walk around. The room was clean and well-organized. I would recommend it if you want to walk around the historic center and experience the nightlife, too.
