The room was already ready but didn't have hand towels, we requested them and they didn't arrive until the next day.

Very nice hotel, beautiful swimming pool

I am a long time Gran Plaza Hotel customer and the familiarity with the property that was one of the reasons I choose the Grand Plaza Hotel for a family vacation

The only downside was limited electrical outlets in the room, but that wasn't enough for me to seriously reduce the rating

Very central location to visit the best of Guanajuato. Great attention from the staff.

All the staff were friendly especially Jorge the manager , warm, patient with my guests, professional and very helpful. Right at the entrance of Guanajuato city

This is truly an amazing place. Everything about this place is magical and wonderful. The decor, artifacts and history are amazing. The rooms are comfortable and excellent

If you like walking, it's a 20-minute walk to the Callehom del Besos (Street of Kisses). We walked there and everything was fine

Hello, the hotel has a good location and is very nice from the outside, and the food service is also good. What we didn't like was that the towels looked very old and the bathroom we had was dirty; the toilet was broken.

Staying in a castle was an amazing experience for my family and I. Needs some upgrades but overall it was a nice stay.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, but it has air conditioning. There's an Oxxo convenience store and a gas station nearby, as well as local food stalls

It is a very cool castle! Staff was not helpful. Coffee was goodbut the french toast was not cooked.

I also found a false eyelash stuck to my supposedly clean towel, which is unacceptable. These shortcomings negatively affected my stay, and I believe the property should address them to meet guest expectations

The environment is great, the hotel exterior is nicely decorated, and there's even a swimming pool

Excellent It was a One night Stay and everything was perfect. Nice room, excelent Service, good location.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Great on-site valet parking. Will definitely stay again.

The location is near attractions, and the property is well maintained.

The hotel is located a bit out of the way, about 20 min walk to the town center (centre historica) However only a short taxi ride $3-$4 us dollars. and the hotal front desk can call you a taxi anytime

When a friend had a medical issue, the staff were helpful and kind. Easy check-in and exactly the kind of room that a person with walking difficulty could enjoy.

Great, clean place and beautiful view

The location was great, on a top of a hill, far away from the noisy and crowded city, it had its own restaurante

Unfortunately the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the room very noisy sounded like it was next to their laundry room

No ac unit poor furniture breakfast area poor

Room was very clean each day during our week stay. Some unexpected nice surprises from the staff. They also surprised my spouse with a birthday balloon, card, and dessert on his birthday.

Was visiting from California and I am absolutely coming back to this hotel. Great location, view and service! All of the hotel staff were excellent and attentive and made sure to make it the best experience

Overall Excellent Hotel,in Service, Location, amenities everything in particular it’s EXCELLENT, we stay in there every time we go to Guanajuato 100 out of 10

Staff was super attentive and very accommodating. Amenities were plenty and the Hotel is beautiful ! Very satisfied and happy with my stay. Oh and the One Bar on the Terrace offers a beautiful setting / view

We loved this little hotel with only 7 rooms, so the service is amazing! Location is up in the hill, we where 2 couples with motorcycles so was a bit difficult to go all the way up, but we left the bikes in the gated garage and used the hotel transport to go to town and coming back we took a taxi! The views are gorgeous and the terrace to have breakfast also! We stayed in the terrace until late drinking...
