I got good value for the price that I paid. The room was nice, if dated, and everything worked as it should. All my needs were met. The only downside was limited electrical outlets in the room, but that wasn't enough for me to seriously reduce the rating.
The room was already ready but didn't have hand towels, we requested them and they didn't arrive until the next day.
VERY easy access to the tollway to the airport. Limited parking, tho

The exterior was okay, it's a rather old hotel. The rooms were so-so, the mattresses weren't very comfortable. We booked three rooms, but one couldn't be refunded because a friend had to come. We changed rooms three times for the other two.
Hotel was ok, dislike that no transportation to and from the airport were available even though it shows it does when booking.
Staying in a castle was an amazing experience for my family and I. Needs some upgrades but overall it was a nice stay.
Big problem with the wifi. No conection to internet for the tv. Clean room, friendly staff, good food at the restaurant, lots of parking.
It is a very cool castle! Staff was not helpful. Coffee was goodbut the french toast was not cooked.
The bed wasn't very comfortable, but it has air conditioning. There's an Oxxo convenience store and a gas station nearby, as well as local food stalls. If you like walking, it's a 20-minute walk to the Callehom del Besos (Street of Kisses). We walked there and everything was fine.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, making sightseeing extremely convenient. The hotel's century-old cultural heritage feels like stepping into a museum. The entire city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, definitely worth a visit!
This hotel is over 100 years old. They try hard. But dimley lighted, poor electric oitlets. Singke elevator bare accessible

We went to this town unexpectedly and stayed here. In the Heart of the plaza. Minutes from everything big and important. This is the BEST place to stay for convenience.

When a friend had a medical issue, the staff were helpful and kind. Easy check-in and exactly the kind of room that a person with walking difficulty could enjoy.
The location was great, on a top of a hill, far away from the noisy and crowded city, it had its own restaurante
Unfortunately the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the room very noisy sounded like it was next to their laundry room

Although I had booked a balcony room with 3 beds at arrival I was told I did not have a balcony, I was also made to pay for 2 addition guests (we were 3 in total) after reviewing my booking it was only noted for 1 guest so I had to pay for 2 additional guests at $500.00 pesos per day per person, if those additional guests would have been included in the reservation the price wouldn’t have not changed...

Perfect central area, walkable to everything! The breakfast every morning was delicious, and each day was different. The coffee is strong, the variety was great. I can’t wait to go back!

The hotel was conveniently located. The dining room staff was very welcoming! The front desk staff was inconsistent.
A Memorable Stay
The staff were good, efficient and friendly, with one major exception - when we expressed concerns about noise in our room, we were switched to a room they said would be quieter. In reality, that room was 10 times louder, so they agreed to move us back to the original room.
The location is very central and close to everything, which made it easy to explore the area without hassle...

The property is beautiful and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the offer of tequila upon check-in. The only downside at check-in was that our room was on the fourth floor with no elevator, and lugging our luggage up the stairs after a long day of travel was not fun. The woman who showed us to our room offered to help, but I wasn't going to ask HER to lug my luggage......
Property was lovely. Room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The staff were helpful, professional, and fantastic. The restaurant was top notch, the food was incredible, presentation beautiful, wait-staff were the best of the best - so kind, helpful, patient, and just the very best!

While the hotel itself is pleasant, the location is not convenient for accessing the main attractions. Furthermore, the staff were not very helpful in providing recommendations. I also found a false eyelash stuck to my supposedly clean towel, which is unacceptable. These shortcomings negatively affected my stay, and I believe the property should address them to meet guest expectations.

Staff was nice. The hotel is on a hill with lots of steps to get to and not in the center of centro area, so you will have to walk a lot. Also note that uber/car service can’t get access to the hotel so you have to walk some stairs and tight pathways inbetween houses to catch a ride. I booked the deluxe suite, the view was amazing of the hill but the terrance doors did not lock and there was no safe...
There are no lockers, hangers, desks or chairs in the rooms.
The only thing that can be appreciated is the view from the restaurant, so I would recommend it to people who can walk to higher ground.
The hotel, the staff are ok. They are courteous. The only problem I have was that it is not convenient for a person with disabilities. My recommendation is that it needs to say that there is no elevator in the hotel also that is a hard up hill to walk and too many stairs.

The view is incredible! The room is quaint its all you need for your stay. The only thing I didn't like was that ******* said the hotel had parking and it absolutely did NOT have parking at the hotel.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! I highly recommend the rooftop suite, which has the best balcony with best views of this amazing town. Everything is within walking distance; I mean, from Callejo del beso, it's 3 minutes away, with bars, restaurants, etc. nearby, so you don't need to rent a car. 10 STARS! Bring your best walking shoes.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Our King room was small but perfect for two people. Although some reviews say the rooms are noisy because of bars, that was not the case with our room which faced the back of the hotel. We were located at the center of everything the city had to offer which made it very easy to walk everywhere. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast at this location but at another...

The location is excellent, just steps from the Basilica of Our Lady, and only a 5-minute walk from the theater and cable car. It's easily accessible by taxi, so even people with a lot of luggage won't have any problems.
outside our window was an all night disco ending at 4 am on saturday and 2 am on sunday
This hotel is super near to all areas of Guanajuanto. Museums, fleet market, tourist area,bars restaurants super convenient. I give 3 stars due to the bathroom have an awful smell due to the drainage. I had to leave the balcony doors open because it was pretty strong odor.They provide parking but its far to walk back, you need to get a taxi.

Everything is walking distance. Lots of options to eat & shop. No elevator so be ready for stairs.
Great location. Property kept in good condition. Unfortunately they host large groups of teenagers who hangout in common spaces outside of rooms and are loud all night, right outside your door.

Everything was very clean, and the hotel staff provided excellent service.
Room was very clean each day during our week stay. Some unexpected nice surprises from the staff. They also surprised my spouse with a birthday balloon, card, and dessert on his birthday.
The room stated view but windows are tinted frosted so no . Room was nice but over priced for the room we picked understandable with event in town .
The staff was very friendly. Rooms were good size and clean.
The place is in a great location and easy to walk around. The room was clean and well-organized. I would recommend it if you want to walk around the historic center and experience the nightlife, too.

We loved this little hotel with only 7 rooms, so the service is amazing! Location is up in the hill, we where 2 couples with motorcycles so was a bit difficult to go all the way up, but we left the bikes in the gated garage and used the hotel transport to go to town and coming back we took a taxi! The views are gorgeous and the terrace to have breakfast also! We stayed in the terrace until late drinking...
