The location is very quiet and you can reach all necessary shops on foot.
The beach\promenade is about 600 m away. All you have to do is walk down the street.
You can eat very well and cheaply in Dobra Voda. There are enough restaurants in the area.
My recommendation is to visit the beautiful Hafenstadt Bar and spend an evening there.
The owners are very nice and friendly.
