The location and view were absolutely beautiful, and the receptionist was very kind and supportive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing — the dishes and pools were not properly maintained. On our second day, we all got sick, which really affected our overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly, and the atmosphere relaxing. Wonderful hospitality – warm, polite, and always with a smile. I would definitely love to come back!

The restaurant was a highlight of our stay. Breakfast was a generous buffet with lots of fresh options, and for lunch I had the octopus, which was cooked perfectly. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The resort also has two beautiful pools that are perfect for relaxing before or after a meal. Review for restaurant, we were for a dinner there, ate pizza. It was great, stuff was really friendly. Nice and cozy environment with nice sea front. Recommending it for quick and easy meal.

Spacious clean and modern quality built Apartment with great sea views. Owners are extremely charming and accommodating to respond to any of your needs with great suggestions for restaurants, sightseeing trips, etc. We were truly spoiled with fresh fruits and homegrown wine . Stayed a full week and could not fault our fancy sparkly Bay that allowed for snorkelling and boat trips. Fantastic fish restaurant...

We had a spacious two bedroom apartment with a large balcony and a stunning view at the sea. The host is very nice and we felt welcome any time.

Wonderful place with wonderful view, but above all wonderful service and pleasant people. We came by car, so had our own transport. However, there is transport 3 times a day to go and come back from the beach. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

I don’t understand why this place has such a high rating. We booked it through Airbnb, and the host was 15–20 minutes late for check-in, so we had to wait after a long and exhausting trip. We were 4 people, but when we arrived there was only one towel in the apartment. We had to ask for more. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, no kitchen towel, only two blankets for four people, and just two...

My wife and I stayed at this property in the middle of April, 2025. We looked for an escape from megapollis and found it here. Blue sea a nice beach just 100 meters away. You can hear the waves and birds, very few people around. The owners - Esma and Adam - are very nice people. New sheets in the bed, small kitchen with all the kitchenware you may need, tea, salt and sugar, teapot. You should be ready...

The food was really not the best. You could not pick what u wanted for breakfast and had to eat what was served which was always something with tomatoes and cucumbers, so no changes. There was not a single dish for dinner/lunch that I personally liked, you could pick between two dishes everyday and the meat smelled bad. Not to mention, if you wanted a drink to your meal you had to pay extra which...

Our room did not have a Sea view as advertised in the offer, and the A/C is not strong enough for the apartment. The appartment is fully equiped and has comfortable beds. It is very close to the beach and you can have a great walk to Utjeha Plaza for Bars and restaurant.

Nice, modern, well equipped apartments with breathtaking view to the sea. Everything is clean and organized. Also great for children with the pool, trambulin. The breakfast and dinner are delicious and variable. The owners are really nice and helpful, we felt like home! 😀 We spent a wonderful holiday here!🥰😍🤩

It is a simple place where you can hire an apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Rooms are a little bit old, but we'll maintained and clean. There is an electrc heater for hot water. Air conditioner available, but we did not need to use. The fridge and stove in the kitchen was a little bit too old, but they work well. Kitchenware was adequate and quite new. They change the sheets and towels very often...

July 2025, we came here for family reunion, rented a villa. We had 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, terrace, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I would like to first of all say many thanks to the owners, the hospitality was the best we’ve encountered at the villa. We had a million dollar view, most beautiful seaside, small private beach! Really, 2 weeks gone by and we were amazed by the nature of the country...

We stay in “studio apartment wirh sea view” this apartment has so much space and has every machines that you need in a holiday. The private beach is also great.

I thought that I would have a vacation in a beautiful view, but with parents & kids who shout and jump into the pool every day from morning to evening...it was nervous and tiring. The people who working in this small hotel should regulate it because we all came here to have a holiday....as one Chechen mother of six children told me...well, they are just children...and her 6 kids jump and scream in...

Good view of the sea but the building and the rooms are worned down. No lights in the rooms, no dishes,, glasses. Like they will shut down and empty the place.

Basic furnishings. Could use some maintenance; broken shower, mold, shaky handrails, mediocre kitchen equipment, water in the kitchen not drinkable, mediocre patio chairs, some beds very soft, some pillows flat. 2 to 3 stars for this. However, the location/position is excellent and people super friendly. Therefore 4 stars.

A very nice place to rest. Beautiful natural shade, comfortable deckchairs, swimming pool, showers, parking and everything close by and everything you need. Friendly staff, food quite ok. We will gladly come back here.

Felt like we were at home. The hosts are amazing people. Location is great and quiet, beach view. Pool is awesome, with cool lights at night. And once again, very caring hosts. You can ask them anything and they will give it their all to help make your stay as best as possible. Rooms service always brings new towels and bed linen. Food is also really good, like home cooking.

The owners are fantastic people, really kind and helpful. Utjeha is a small village but with the best beaches and not a lot of people. The view from our apartment was stunning. The food was fine, the breakfast could have been in the form of a all-you-can-eat buffet. Highly recommend
