I really enjoyed my stay there, but firstly I want to start with some disadvantages. The greatest problem was absence of non smoking space in the restaurant. If you want to eat outdoor with sea view, you will smell cigarettes smoke everytime. It's also pity, that the hotel gym is very tiny and badly equiped. It may be a good idea to build an outdoor calisthenics gym. That's all for negatives. Our room...

It is great for kids, full stop. Otherwise it is a bit too busy and not much to do after you have had your share of swimming and eaten all your meals. Meals are basic but plenty! Staff is everywhere and really handling everything great. Water in the shower was salty which is not hotel's fault. All in all I would not come back for myself, maybe for kids to have fun in the swimming pools.

The location was awesome, Breakfast was very good, service was good. We had reserved several rooms and the A/C was not working in some of the rooms and the safety locker also had problems. Some of the staff members were not enthusiastic in doing their jobs, but some were helpful. It would have been nice if they provided water bottles in the rooms. Stayed for two weeks. I cannot compliment the staff enough. All were very friendly, and made the stay pleasant. Even recommendations on hidden gems, and local culture. For the cost, rooms were very nice. Food was basic, but more than adequate. Location is superb.

This place is great. Seldom does places surpass their photos, but this place does. The staff are helpful and speak good English. The location can’t really be beat and the view from the “sea view” rooms is worth the extra money. The hotel is also surprisingly affordable for what you are getting. High class hotel with great staff and facilities. I didn't use 1/2 of them, but they were there if needed. My room was very well kitted out and even had some free fruit. A nice but old hotel on the beach.

great and cheap place. nice and simple rooms, but there are a lot of little problems. first sheets have to be changed every a few days and in our room they didnt changed it ever. second every night a lot of people in other rooms play music very loud but it wasnt a big problem for us. food was god, and beach is relatively close

If you compare the price and service it is very good. The only one problem is, that a lot of people just compare the quality of hotel with others and never realize what was the price they paid! FOOD - 80 % BEACH - 60 % (crowded) - would go for a private beach (are for free - have to buy drinks in a restaurant, or fee beach - 6 € and have a top part of a beach in SUTOMORE!)

Not bad actually. The pool is nice but the hot tub is just a tub with warm water and not hot enough to help tired and sore muscles. It's not really a spa as advertised.

5 minutes to the beach and also to the center of the Bar. The room that we have stayed was okay but could be a bit cleaner. Still for couple of nights can be chosen. These are no real Appartments. These are more likely bigger Hotelrooms with cooking opportunity. But as such ok for the price. All clean with nice terrace. WIFI very good. Parking ok, but might be a bit tight during summer, as everywhere here. Two functioning, but one usable wall-plug in the room. Better bring distribution-cable. Make sure, you register within 24h after arriving in Montenegro.

We loved our stay at this hotel and have especially liked the hospitality and kindness of the staff. The room was clean and spacious and offered a nice view of the beach from the balcony. Pillows were uncomfortable and too high. There is also a post office within a walking distance from the hotel if you need to send some postcards.

Location for the hotel was perfect for quiete winter holiday, relaxing place, meters away from the beautiful Sutomore beach. Very good quality breakfast and many choices of food. Skip Budva and come stay here instead! It was fabulous. The view from our room (designated sea view) was breathtaking. Service was great, Vokmin went out of his way to make our stay great, arranging a last- minute early check-in by prioritizing room cleaning when our bus arrived way early. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The hotel was generally satisfactory, with a clean and tidy room. However, it is worth noting that carpets in hotel rooms are becoming increasingly outdated. Our room had carpet that emitted an unpleasant odor. It was quite dirty.
