Great resort!!! A lot of facilities. Aqua park, outdoor pools, children playground, very nice beach, sport courts... Everything is new and renovated. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very kind. Great price/quality ratio. All recommendations!

We had an excellent time here. The beach is excellent. The food is varied with many different types of food. Rooms are comfortable and spacey.

After reading all of the bad reviews I was worried about our reservation. The check in was crowded but mostly because it was families of 4 or more waiting inside to get checked in and be given a bracelet for guests if the hotel. All in all we waited about 20 minutes. Everything looks great and CLEAN. just suggestions: - more changing cabins at the beach - improve food menu. This resort is (almost) like a wold summer resort. 😍 Bravo 🥇

The location was awesome, Breakfast was very good, service was good. We had reserved several rooms and the A/C was not working in some of the rooms and the safety locker also had problems. Some of the staff members were not enthusiastic in doing their jobs, but some were helpful. It would have been nice if they provided water bottles in the rooms. Expected better amenities for the price we paid

Very clean, well maintained, very accommodating front desk, nice breakfast spread, amazing view, a gem in Bar. Easy walk to a great selection of restaurants as well as great in-house food. Cab driver told us on the trip over how this is the best in the region, he was correct!

The room was clean! Some of the staff was helpful! About 15 minutes walk from the main bus station! But the local bus station was confusing and I couldn’t find any near by! Taxi service took adavantage and over charged for the rides!

The very best manager of all coast of Montenegro is Mister Miro. We had a wonderfully dinner in restaurant of hotel Sato and he makes this night a night to remember. Great special meal by great chef Stefan was also something that we will remember.

great and cheap place. nice and simple rooms, but there are a lot of little problems. first sheets have to be changed every a few days and in our room they didnt changed it ever. second every night a lot of people in other rooms play music very loud but it wasnt a big problem for us. food was god, and beach is relatively close

If you compare the price and service it is very good. The only one problem is, that a lot of people just compare the quality of hotel with others and never realize what was the price they paid! FOOD - 80 % BEACH - 60 % (crowded) - would go for a private beach (are for free - have to buy drinks in a restaurant, or fee beach - 6 € and have a top part of a beach in SUTOMORE!)

Great view around the hotel and has restaurants and bar on site. Strong waves in the sea but for those who are afraid to swim in the choppy waters can still choose to dip in the saltwater pools.

The hotel was lovely however the customer service was poor . Do not expect 4 star service despite the hotel rating. The service was 2 star at best . Everything was very good, especially compared to other “hotels” in the area. Me and my husband spent our first married weekend in the resort. Our apartment was F40, it has a jacuzzi, spacious bathroom, and two balconies for relaxing. Property was good. Receptionist Ana was very nice and accommodating when we arrived. We were hoping that she was on duty on our last night but unfortunately it was a different receptionist. I had a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and the overall experience felt luxurious. My only minor complaint was the lack of complimentary bottled water, which would have been a nice touch. Otherwise, highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay again!

Good hotel and friendly staff. Polina was quite helpful. Although, there are few bits that I was disappointed about understandably as it was off-season. Infitity pools were nice, the beach wasn't really walkable from the huge rocks---very slippery. Nothing to do besides swimming and sitting. If you have small kids or you're old, I imagine it's nice. It's a great place to visit for a couple of hours, not something I wpuld recommend staying longer.

Location for the hotel was perfect for quiete winter holiday, relaxing place, meters away from the beautiful Sutomore beach. Very good quality breakfast and many choices of food. Staff and their service were superb, very friendly, helpful and courtious. Highly recommend for anyone, weather a couple, solo travelers or family holiday.

The location of this hotel is very good, right next to the World Cultural Heritage and close to the castle. The hotel rooms are not big, but they have balconies and elevators. There is a bar downstairs where you can have simple meals.

One of the nicest service ever! The rooms are spacious and clean with all the necessary equipment (kitchen, pots, washing machine, refrigerator etc.). Perfect place for a family stay. It’s located really close to the main beach of Sutomore. There are some corner stores nearby and lots of restaurants around as well, so it’s really a perfect location.
