I really enjoyed my stay there, but firstly I want to start with some disadvantages. The greatest problem was absence of non smoking space in the restaurant. If you want to eat outdoor with sea view, you will smell cigarettes smoke everytime. It's also pity, that the hotel gym is very tiny and badly equiped. It may be a good idea to build an outdoor calisthenics gym. That's all for negatives. Our room...

It is great for kids, full stop. Otherwise it is a bit too busy and not much to do after you have had your share of swimming and eaten all your meals. Meals are basic but plenty! Staff is everywhere and really handling everything great. Water in the shower was salty which is not hotel's fault. All in all I would not come back for myself, maybe for kids to have fun in the swimming pools.

While the hotel is new, rooms spacious and comfortable, the service leaves a lot to be desired. We didn't get clean towels for a few days. On the other hand, food is tasty, if not overly varied. Beach is a short walk from the hotel.

Beautiful and modern place, with excellent cuisine (delicious fried squid and salads!) and kind, helpful staff. Lots of facilities, including swimming pool, car rental, air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi, free transport to the beach. Been there twice already, definitely coming back some time in the future. Fantastic apartments in a great location very close to Buljarica beach. Our apartment was really clean and well equipped. Parking is very secure. Wifi was great. Viktorija is very friendly and we had a lovely stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again!

All the things were awesome, but the internet..was it very bad? — you answer. No! It wasn’t, the Wi Fi didn’t work at all. It is the biggest problem in this Hotel.

Rooms are new and nice. We have stayed for 5 nights and we had only one room servicing we even asked to bring toilet paper to our room because they didn't visiting our room and didn't track situation . Rooms with sea view are also located near road and it is noisy. Will not recommend this one .

We have been guests at the hotel for two years now, all the recommendations. The staff is very friendly and professional, which is very important. See you next year! 🤗

One of the nicest service ever! The rooms are spacious and clean with all the necessary equipment (kitchen, pots, washing machine, refrigerator etc.). Perfect place for a family stay. It’s located really close to the main beach of Sutomore. There are some corner stores nearby and lots of restaurants around as well, so it’s really a perfect location.

Location for the hotel was perfect for quiete winter holiday, relaxing place, meters away from the beautiful Sutomore beach. Very good quality breakfast and many choices of food. Skip Budva and come stay here instead! It was fabulous. The view from our room (designated sea view) was breathtaking. Service was great, Vokmin went out of his way to make our stay great, arranging a last- minute early check-in by prioritizing room cleaning when our bus arrived way early. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of hot and cold foods. Highly recommend.

Hotel is well located close to the boardwalk. Beautiful view and easy private parking. Breakfast was fulsome and staff were helpful. Pool area is nice, I preferred it to the beach but very few chairs. Currently under construction so expect noise. Would stay here again for sure.

All praise for the hosts. Extremely friendly, rooms are cleaned every day. Supermarket nearby, as well as the restaurant where I had lunch. Beaches are 5-7 minutes away from the accommodation. If someone likes to travel alone, the economy room is the right choice for them. I will definitely come back.

The hotel is very nice, the sea view room was very large with a big balcony, parking is extra although that is normal nowadays, if you get to breakfast early you will have a better selection. Where the hotel needs action is the attention to detail, staff numbers need to be increased at breakfast there was one lady working very hard trying to host, clear plates, restock food items etc...which she couldn...

All in all we had a pleasant stay at Monte Casa last week,the hotel is very near beach and amenities and some very beautiful scenery.The room was a little dated but quite comfortable,unfortunately the balcony was quiet grubby,see picture,a coat of paint would not go a miss.Shower doors came off the runners,maintenance man came to fix promptly but seemed to be beyond him.So we lived with it!Both pools...

We stayed here 14-21 May and found the hotel exactly as expected room was nice and large , everything worked maid service every day, breakfast was everything you could want. The gym was well equipped , Sauna / Steam rooms pools all included, the location is ideal really close to the beach front full of nice restaurants are favourites were Cantina and Medittaraneo , really recommend a stay here.

We are satisfied with the accommodation and the attitude of the owners towards the guests. Nearby are two beaches, the city and Lucice, less than 10 minutes walk. Definite recommend!

It's incredibly convenient: the 'Voli' supermarket is just a few steps away, a bazaar is a 5-minute walk...

Our family was very satisfied. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and are well equipped. The location is good - quiet but everything You need is close - supermarket, bus station, restaurants. Parking is pain - but that is common thing everywhere in Montenegro.

Total nice living. External staircase to the rooms. A little noisy blow around the road to the center. You won't get much sleep from six. Each room has a terrace to which the residents of the adjacent rooms have access. To the sea about 0.5 km and to the beach, promenade, stalls, cafes, restaurants, services. The bus station is 2 minutes away. 5 minutes to the shopping center.

We spent a pleasant week in Petrovac, in the height of the tourist season. It was our first time at the "TOLJIC" hotel. What cannot leave a person indifferent is the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the hosts, from the moment we arrive to the moment we leave. Since it is a half-board, I can say that the quality and quantity of the food is at an enviable level. The accommodation is quite adequate...
