I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel! Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel truly valued as a guest.
One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the brand-new pool area — it’s simply stunning! The pool is crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and surrounded by beautiful lounge spaces. The elegant canopied daybeds add such a touch of luxury and privacy, making it the perfect place to relax with a drink, read a book, or just enjoy the sunshine in complete comfort. The atmosphere around the pool is serene and peaceful, yet vibrant enough to feel like a true holiday escape.
I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting — I will definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately I have to give a low score, due to following things:
our flight was delayed, so we arrived late. upon arrival, checked in, got our card keys, got to the room - the cards did not work. So I had to return to reception, which was like in 5 minutes walk, to double check if the cards are ok and room is correct. Receptionist send out a colleague to help me out, so we walked back, just to see that the cards did not work. We went back and I was given a usual metal key for the time being. While I was walking back and forth, restaurant working time was coming to an end, so I asked to call them and arrange us a meal. Surely, nobody called.
Anyways, we rushed to the restaurant, and waiter there said sorry we are closing, but I was persuasive and we got some food, from what was left.
Then the room: balcony door was stuck open with apparently a broken hinge, and detached handle, I've also asked to have check and fix it, repairmen came and left :]
The room itself was not what you would call clean.
So next day I've asked for another room, and it was arranged immediately. But straight away find that keys are not working for that room either :] This room was better, only bed side lights were not working.
Anyways, pool was nice, beach was nice, food was below average and more or less same every day, drinks below average, hygiene needs improvement.
Hotel staff friendly, got us some lunch packs for journey back home.
And coffee, yes! pool bar had a decent coffee machine, however the restaurant had this weird coffee vending machine, poured something like instant coffee, that was awful.
Will not go there again, but wishing the hotel to improve. Also, Snezana was a light of sunshine in all this, she should get a bonus.

I really enjoyed my stay there, but firstly I want to start with some disadvantages. The greatest problem was absence of non smoking space in the restaurant. If you want to eat outdoor with sea view, you will smell cigarettes smoke everytime. It's also pity, that the hotel gym is very tiny and badly equiped. It may be a good idea to build an outdoor calisthenics gym. That's all for negatives. Our room was comfortable, cleaned every day, towels were changed also every day. Food was quite similar, but really tasty. Staff was kind, mainly receptionists were helpfull. Thank you for perfect vacation, we will come again next year!

It is great for kids, full stop. Otherwise it is a bit too busy and not much to do after you have had your share of swimming and eaten all your meals. Meals are basic but plenty! Staff is everywhere and really handling everything great. Water in the shower was salty which is not hotel's fault. All in all I would not come back for myself, maybe for kids to have fun in the swimming pools.

It is an absolutely wonderful hotel that provides all the services of comfort, luxury and relaxation from the beautiful rooms that overlook the wonderful natural scenery and from the many swimming pools and the bar that contains all the distinguished drinks of the highest quality and the wonderful and international restaurants and the beach that is distinguished from any other place and this hotel is distinguished by a very wonderful geographical location that makes it the best and most beautiful in the world. It has all the services between the iron hall and sports fields of all kinds and massage rooms and a luxurious tourist walkway on the beach and many vegetables and trees and scattered roses and the services are at the highest level. After reading all of the bad reviews I was worried about our reservation. The check in was crowded but mostly because it was families of 4 or more waiting inside to get checked in and be given a bracelet for guests if the hotel. All in all we waited about 20 minutes. We rushed to get lunch and it was delicious and plentiful. The bar worked non stop and the beer was cold and the coffee hot, what more can you ask for. For dinner there was fish, chicken, soups, salads, pasta, grill, pizza, crepe. Just everything you can wish for. There was a line for pizzas but probably because it takes time to make each pizza per individual order and the kids love their pizzas. All in all after 24 hours at the resort I regret nothing. The pools are clean, spacious, and they clean the pool area each night. The beach is close to the hotel and large it is not dirty as some have written. It is better than expected for the money we paid. Edit: after 5 days I still think this is a great resort.

Fake hotel, DO NOT DO ANY BOOKINGS.
I have reserved hotel 10 days ago and paid deposit directly to hotel after 2 days I had to cancel because UK government put Montenegro on red COVID list which means we can not travel to this country, been sending emails and calling to get my refund they are not responding which means they are taking our money. Before taking deposit never mentioned this is not refundable or you have no rights to cancel, I would strongly advise to not do any booking with them.

Great resort!!! A lot of facilities. Aqua park, outdoor pools, children playground, very nice beach, sport courts... Everything is new and renovated. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very kind. Great price/quality ratio. All recommendations!

We had an excellent time here. The beach is excellent. The food is varied with many different types of food. Rooms are comfortable and spacey.

all-inclusive is not on the high. staff are young without experience. They have to work lot to touch real all-inclusive level. pools are clear and great for children's. Sand beach with small stones. Hotel and room OK. we stayed 5 days room is never cleaned. towels are change every days if great girls (room staff) have time. all staff 5* they do best... Food must be better.
