The beach is beautiful. Hotel location and rooms are good. But hotel condition are terrible. Renovation and plumbing of the 90s probably.
The staff seems to react to any requests, but in order to do something, you need to remind at least three times and still control it.
In the dining room, as food lay on the floor after dinner, it continues to lie at breakfast. No cleaning.
During 5 days room not cleaned, sheets not changed, etc.
Breakfast. No coffee, only one kind of tea from thermos.
In general, breakfast and dinner are monotonous and there is little variety. Don't expect fish or seafood. As for three stars, corresponds. No hot drinks for dinner.

Why is it so difficult to arrange housekeeping?

Everything is old and dirty. That is the main description of this hotel. No room cleaning for 6 days.!!! Food is very poor, low choice. No coffee for breakfast ??? and tea is in one big kettle, even no tea bags so the person can choose. Awful. Honestly the worst hotel I've ever been.

I had the worst experience ever. The room was soo dirty, there were dust everywhere, I found a bag of chips under my bad. In my bed sheets I have found 6 bugs, the fridge smelled awful. I asked at the registration to send someone to clean the room, and all they did was to sweep a little bit :// The windows are so old that the wind could break through and I caught a cold because of the current. My bed was so uncomfortable, it was made of wire and my back hurt every morning. I wouldn’t recommend anyone this hotel. And the public toilets are disgusting, they don’t work at all and people still use it.
