Overall experience in Sutimore was poor. Dirty place with very bad service and poor level of hospitality.
The hotel was one of available options to accommodate a big family. The interior is not bad, with a spacious 3 beds apartment. Frustrating was the service with very rude and impolite staff. Breakfast quality was average. Will definitely not visit this place (and Sutomore) never again.

Hygiene is at an extremely poor level. The toilet was dirty, and the sink was clogged. Under the furniture, there were food scraps left by other guests. Cats roam around on the restaurant terrace and climb on the furniture. There is a stupid rule that hotel guests cannot take even a juice from the restaurant to the terrace, even though they would order something else while on the terrace. Apart from the good location - in close proximity to the beach, this hotel is definitely not worth the price they charge.

We had booked this hotel based on its good rewievs. Unfortunately our experience was very negative. I had booked a double room with seawiev. 25 Sqm. With Wifi included. In the pictures it looked nice and modern. When we arrived we discovered that the room did not have seawiev, infact you had to go out on a large shared terrace to see the sea. (see picture) Also the room was tiny. The bathroom was also tiny. The wifi was not working and the router hang askew on top of the TV. When we pointed out to the reception that it did not work we felt we were bothering them. Also the room had no safe wich felt unsafe. The balcony door also opened to a large shared terrace which also felt unsafe. The website mentioned nothing about double rooms sharing terrace, I was under the impression that we had a private terrace wich we didnt. Also the property was quite worn and oldfashioned. We confronted the hotel with our issues but didnt get any help or any understanding. They also did not refund us any expenses. We decided to leave the same day and move to a nicer hotel in the area. It is unfortunate how some hotels use marketing tricks to fool guests into booking and spending money just to make a profit. I would stay away from this property as the ratings are clearly fixed and fraudulent.
