If there was a way to rate zero stars I would . We have been struggling to communicate with the reception because non of them speak English . On their website they said they do but no one does. It’s a local hotel because for some reason they don’t seem to cater or international residents. We couldn’t even get a proper orientation of the room and the area we are in. There is usually no one in the reception we have to be walking around hunting and looking for assistance. The members of staff don’t even know the policy that they wrote in the booklet. They were even asking me to send them pictures of something they wrote themselves. If I’m come back at least I know there is other hotels except for this one. We stayed outside and stranded and we left the room at 10am
