We only stayed for three days, but it was enough to have a wonderful rest and recharge our batteries.
The apartment is located on the seaside. The view from the terrace is magnificent. There is only a promenade separating you from the private beach. The beach is nestled in greenery, with natural shade... We were mostly alone during the day. Next to the beach, there is a café called PRC, where they play lovely music and serve excellent coffee... And the prices are more than reasonable. The apartment is clean and spacious enough. It is in a great location. There is a supermarket just 100m away.... Restaurants, cafes, fast food, everything is within reach, and Porto Novi is only 500m away from the property.

one of the employees (the one working in the morning) was amazing. and kind. she was a woman. she was hardworking and very helpful, offering solutions we didnt even think about. we had a private beach infront of the ohouse and a nice popular bar. i really like portonovi resort and to all the travellers you must visit restaurant verige 65... its wow, it will completely change your stay in montenegro. without portonovi and the restaurants tehre, experience would be worse. what is funny, "nice" restaurants dont cost much more than the "Normal ones!". so take the tip. i liked huuuuge bathroom with a bath and shower, i actually used the bath once.

The location is amazing with a short walk to Porto Novi, if you drive, there is quick access to the main road. The host was really amazing, very helpful, and caring.

We got the top floor. Amazing view, large terrace, spacious rooms and strong WiFi connection throughout the apartment. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Parking space was included. 4/5 for cleanness, but nothing that would affect our enjoyment.

We stayed in penthouse few months ago and it was amazing. The terrace and the view were incredible. Felt bad that weather was terrible so we couldn`t enjoy it to the fullest!

I do not recommend it, there is no change of towels for 3 days, the toilet is dirty, the private beach has no place to swim because of the grass, and next to the beach there is a faeces collector, so it stinks upstairs, the staff is ok, everything else zero points

Choose carefully what you book. We didn’t have a choice to pick between standard room and apartment. And of course,we got standard room,without kitchen, wich is photographed on booking. We were truly disappointed. Private beach is full of grass,and it is gross,sunbeds are straggling all over the place . Paying for parking around that crowded street is insane,anyone can hit or scratch your car. Beside all that,rooms are very clean, and a woman who works there (Branka i think) is very polite and wiling to help. But two stars just because of poor website(booking) update.

Riva Residence was twice our home in Montenegro. We were here in February just before COVID 19 broke and then we came back again after COVID. They are very professional. Branca is very professional and hardworking. The price is very high compared to other places around.
