This was our second visit in eight months, our previous visit having been in September 2025. The location of the hotel is magical, at the entrance of the Bay of Kotor and within easy reach of both Tivat and Dubrovnik airports. Great for cruise liner and super-yacht watching. Great hotel! Definitely recommend. Everything is very presentable and convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view. Various delicious dishes. There is a wellness room with massage, shower, jacuzzi. Nice, clean pool. Private beach, sun loungers. The hotel staff does their job well, everyone is very polite. After check-out, you can leave your luggage and stay on the territory, swim.

Lovely hotel, great location and range of facilities. Bedroom (14) was airy, clean and large. It did not have a sea view and was near the garbage area, so one morning garbage lorry arrived around 5.45am. The breakfast buffet offered incredible choices and you could also order omelette, poached eggs etc. We would happily recommend to others and we would stay there again.

Nice hotel, food expensive onsite

The hotel is new and elegant, and the reception is friendly. The rooms are a bit small. The rooms overlooking the sea are better than the rooms at the back, because the rooms at the back have a river or stream that needs maintenance and have a bad smell. I recommend the rooms overlooking the sea.

Second time here, but this time in a new building. Nice room, excellent soundproofing between rooms. Everything you need (water, tea, coffee capsules, slippers, robes…) is available. Marvelous! It's not enough to say the food is delicious, it's fan-tas-tic! They even prepare wonderful vegetarian and vegan meals. The staff is so willing to please. I haven't tried the massages and therapies, but, considering their tradition, they must be the same quality as the food. Go there to enjoy!

Pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Heceg Novi, nice clean reception and rooms with modern facilities. Only downside is that the pool and spa doesn’t open until 6pm for a couple of hours and you have to notify the hotel if you plan on using it so they can prepare it. The hotel is designed like an apartment near a marina. The service is good, and the environment is very peaceful. It's next to the One & Only Resort Hotel, and it's not far from the Blue Grotto. However, this 3-bedroom apartment only has 2 bathrooms, not 3. If you need to wash up when you come back at night, you'll have to plan your order.

Luxurious, private, expensive If you are looking for a high-end gateway this is probably one of the best options in the Balkans. The Location and the setting was amazing. This was our second trip to Portonovi inside a year and that’s all the more remarkable given that we’ve never gone anywhere twice. It’s a niche destination, for sure, and it can be beaten on price. But it offers a touch of quiet luxury, terrific accommodation, spectacular scenery, every amenity under the Montenegrin sun and much more besides.

Spent half an hour trying to find the property. Bedding was very inferior. Hard mattress. Only sheets and no bed cover. Poor pillows. No access to the sea. Air conditioning worked good. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.
