Simple but cozy place with all the basics you need. The price is very low, and the location is great - just a 3-minute walk to the beach! Good choice if you’re traveling on a budget.

It's affordable and the room has everything, even a kitchen.
It's a little dirty, but it looks like it's been cleaned, but not well.
There's a beach, cafes, shops, and the Waikiki New Yorker shopping center nearby. It's close to the Croatian border, so you can easily drive to Dubrovnik.

The owner is very nice, the room was nice and clean (only the bathroom sink was missing soap, but that's a detail). :) The view is of the garden and the street, the sea is a few minutes walk away.

The room I was in is small and clean with air conditioning and TV and a balcony. The hosts are very friendly, payment by card is also possible. The parking lot is okay. The only complaint is the slightly uncomfortable and small beds. Unfortunately, the room did not have a stove or a shared kitchen, but there was a refrigerator. Of course, the price justifies everything. A night in a double room through booking for less than 20e

We rested here for 9 days, towels and bedding were never changed, the room was not cleaned. Not very comfortable. There is not even an electric kettle. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking, and you need to cook like food twice. Small rooms. Beautiful beaches are approximately 3.5 km away.

It is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The beach is abandoned, when the tides are high, and they are frequent, everything turns into a swamp. We had a large group of tourists, we were accommodated in the hotel across the street, and we ate in the Baichet, the food was not bad for 4 out of 5. And the owners are nice, if you needed something, they helped. Score FOUR points out of FIVE. Separately, I want to say about the hotel next to it, and the owners of Villa KHAMY would not give one star out of one word. WHEN THEY WENT TO THE BEACH THEY PUT THE AIR CONDITIONER ON AUTOMATIC ONE HOUR BEFORE THE RETURN. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE LIGHT WAS OFF. THEY SAVED SO MUCH, THEY TURNED ON THE AIR CONDITIONER WITH THE WORDS "EVERY 10 TO 20 MINUTES UPON ARRIVAL AND ENOUGH FOR THE ROOM TO COOL. WE HAVE A CHILD AND WE NEVER TURNED ON THE AIR CONDITIONER WHEN WE WERE IN THE ROOM. SO WE HAD TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR OR MORE I CAME FROM THE BEACH TO BE COMFORTABLE IN THE ROOM AND MANY MORE UNPLEASANT SITUATIONS WITH PEOPLE FROM OUR GROUP.

Bad communication. We called that we would be late for the reservation because of the convoy at the border. Plus it is extremely hard to find on the street. They don't have numbers on all the houses and the navigation only found the street. It took us a while to understand that the surrounding streets are actually part of the same street. The people around don't know it and neither do the police sitting on that street. By the time we found it, someone else (not the one we called) had already given it away because he thought it was us. In the end, they helped us find another accommodation that we were satisfied with. They were very apologetic. We did not know how to pay by card in the replacement room, so they helped us by paying with them. Otherwise nice people. They could at least advertise where they are out of the way.

Normal guesthouse. Pleasant area. There was no air conditioning, no fan, no kettle in the room.
