Great location, directly across the street from the beach. You could easily walk to the various restaurants in town. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The views from the room were amazing. I wish I could have stayed longer, honestly.

Very gracious staff, however the hotel is weathered and worn. Rooms were clean, but the rooms were tired. No elevators woring, but hallway lights were always off through corridors to reach our room. Rusting lamps in rooms, washrooms had odd metal blinds, rusted interior faucets etc, maybe due to proximity to the wtaer, but well located and safe.

Our room was in the new section, was spacious. There was coffee and tea offering but not little bottles of water. There is no dinner option, only breakfast. Breakfast was average. Security of the property was not great, I was seating at the lobby area and a beggar get in the property, I had my bag with my money but Thank God she did not grab it.

Very good value for money and the executive room I upgraded to was well worth it. Friendly and helpful hotel staff and the bar is open til late; so I highly recommend. I was given a wrong room type upon arrival please conform to booking. The beds need to be changed as they seemed old and didnt give a perfect sleep and bad for a person with back problems. Celebrating a wedding anniversary with family in nearby Swakopmund. The accommodation was mainly used for sleeping. The chalet is well located with all the necessary facilities and we were pleasantly surprised with the decoration for the wedding anniversary.
