A stunning hotel in an out of the way location. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was incredible — one of the best we’ve had. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Despite being close to the motorway it is a quiet area. I had a fabulous time here. First time in Deventer and I couldn't choose a better hotel to stay! Our room was huge with a beautiful view, and most important super clean! Breakfast was delicious, lots of great options! Big thanks to the manager Roos, she has her eyes all over the place to manage a perfect stay!

Came here for the Tesla supercharger. Happened to be breakfast time at the hotel And even though we didn’t want to pay for the full breakfast at the hotel, the staff were very happy for us to still have usual coffee and pastries for normal charges. Very modern and nice hotel

First stayed in room 512, very nice with a view over the forest area. 1 point of attention, in the bathroom alcove there was still an opened shampoo bottle from the previous guests. We had a fantastic offer: an overnight stay with breakfast and dinner for next to nothing. We were a bit skeptical at first, but this stay exceeded our expectations. place is ok for business travel

the property is on a two minutes drive from the coty centre of Deventer very reachable and clean!

+ Not too hot in the room with heater on maximum level 5 - Bed moving, annoying during night :( - Even if I expressly asked my room to be cleaned, the bed sheet wasn't changed for 6 days. - No fridge in the room, I understood from the front desk that was due to the standard type of toom - same products as breakfast every morning, but that's understandable + dinner, type of bistro menu, good dishes...

Staff were very nice and helpful, also after my stay (needed an invoice via email). Lots of parking space, and - very important for me - rooms are quiet. Bed and room were clean, bathroom could have been cleaner though.

A beautiful historic property near to the river right in the heart of the old city of Deventer. I stayed in a studio, which had a mezzanine level and stairs up to the bed. It was well equipped and the bathroom was very modern. Note - the stairs were very steep up to the bed, so wouldn’t suit someone immobile. The stairs in the hotel are also very steep. Lovely rooms for especially long stays, but no air conditioner means discomfort in summer

Excellent location. Very nice man on check in. Property a bit tired and bedding needed renewing but. Ok. Very steep stairs!

Nice hotel, great staff. Being an old hospital, the rooms are a bit of a strange configuration (at least ours was). The hotel is located in the restricted vehicle / pedestrian area of town so transporting luggage is a bit more of a chore. Nice stay overall, and good breakfast.

Location unique and my small room was very good against a good price.

Our group stayed here for 5 days and the hotel is wonderful. Lots of history and character, very clean, and the location in old town was perfect to enjoy the shopping and restaurants. The staff were very professional and helpful, a special thanks to Donny for her care and attention to our group, and the breakfast each morning was really good and enjoyed by everyone. It is an historic building, very authentic, that was very nice. But because of that, it was noisy. The city of Deventer is very nice. There was no restaurant in the hotel-building. Only for breakfast. There was a Fletcher-offer : 3 course diner included, and lower price to stay, but because of the lac of a restaurant, they could not give me the offer, they also did not lower the prise.

Walkable from the hotel! We fell in love with this place especially when it was built in the 1700's and was very easy to walk to city centre from the hotel.

Highly, highly recommend. The rooms and the hotel itself are lovely and never have we met such friendly staff.

This is the place in Deventer. Never had a better place here. The staff amazing. The rooms 8 stars. Service food and breakfast al great. The view over the IJssel is the best here. The small ferry is ideal to be fast in the old city centre. Sleep here!

Fantastic hotel right next to a river and set in a park.

The hotel has a classy atmosphere. The food was delicious at the in-house restaurant. The sauna was wonderful, the bed and pillows were perfect. We would highly recommend it.

Charming, characterful stay! Our room on the 3rd floor was really spacious and clean. We had everything we needed and we loved the record player. We had dinner in the bar on our first evening and the food was delicious and service really friendly.

Great hotel This is an amazing hotel, very friendly staff. If you get room 5 however, be warned it's a fantastic room but the speaker for the bar is just through the wall and as this room is a duplex your head is next to the sound until 1.00/1.30am

Lovely hotel five minutes from the train station and the town centre. Friendly staff and a great room full of quirky details. Bar downstairs looked elegant with a good atmosphere but we didn’t use it ourselves.
