Be sure to add breakfast to your room, you would not be disappointed. An extensive buffet served in a beautiful setting.
If we are ever back in Amsterdam, this will definitely be our place to stay.

The issue started when it appeared that I had booked the wrong date. I explained that I was supposed to travel with a colleague who had been urgently hospitalized the night before and therefore could not come. His room, booked for the correct date, was obviously unused.
Despite the very clear and exceptional circumstances, the front desk manager hid behind pointless rules, insisting on a written authorization from someone who was literally in the hospital undergoing surgery. No empathy, no flexibility, no attempt at a reasonable solution.
The outcome: one empty room and one customer forced to pay for an extra night. Apparently, squeezing out an extra hundred euros matters more here than common sense or customer care.
Very disappointing for a hotel of this level.

This hotel is really good and the staff were vey trustworthy and professional.
The service was excellent and there is a very
practical shuttle bus that can take you from the airport to the hotel and vice versa.
The room was welcoming and well equipped. The cleanliness was excellent and resulted in a really pleasant space to stay before taking our incoming rebooked flight.

Awesome, quiet room with full windows and big walk-in shower.
We had the “Stranded Passenger Menu” at the restaurant and didn’t expect anything special. But the curry and burger were both really good.
We only had time for juice but the breakfast buffet also looked good.
Wonderful hotel !
The one thing that I wasn’t satisfied with were the lack of amenities. The description on the page mentions most of the basic items like toothbrush/toothpaste but neither of them were for free at the hotel. Same goes for the lack of free hotel slippers that I basically expect from most hotels. Other than that nothing really to add.
Would go again but with more preparation.
