Clean and nice organised hotel near schipol airport. Breakfast was amazing, friendly staff

The location is a bit out of the way, but it has a king-size bed and a kettle, which is great for Chinese travelers. There are no shopping facilities, and breakfast is expensive. However, there's a convenient shuttle bus to the airport. Getting to and from the city center by public transport isn't ideal as you have to walk a fair distance.

Everything was nice but I wish we had more food options there and a 24h restaurant as the hotel is far from the city centre. Totally it was a nice experience

The staff at checked in counter was not very friendly. We booked club rooms with lounge access but on checking in, the access card key was not properly done to allow access. Luckily, the staff at the Lounge helped with the access. No instructions was given on the venue of the breakfast.

The service was very good, however one room didn't have hand wash, and when we requested over the phone, it was never delivered. Otherwise excellent rooms!

The beds were not comfortable especially the sofa bed. Have to pay to use the shuttle bus to the air but returns are free but finishes at midnight. Airport to Hotel cost €30. The food choices are very small. If travelling by air very convenient but remember you have to book your own transport to the airport if you are travelling at night.

Well the location is good it you already checked in and had a delayed flight but i dont recommend it a place to stay if you arrived way to early before your flight because it is located inside and you need to go pass the security checks. A small space is ok for me and for solo travelers but the smell from the toilet is not so good for me but overall its ok.

I was given the room on the 1st floor, next to the area that they sealed up for renovation. It was noisy till almost midnight and I can hear things being moved. It started again at around 7 am. The hotel is old and the room is not very clean actualy. There are some unknown brown color smears on the bed and cloth. Cups has aged stains and we have been spending sometime to clean the coffee machine before we make it. Bathroom is okay. It's close to the airport, I was able to check in online myself. The front desk receptionist was kind and friendly. The room was nice, it has all the necessary amenities such as a mini fridge, coffee and tea maker. It has a decent sized tv (not that we used it, but still). The location of the hotel is indeed remote. The room is also very small and the overall facilities are relatively old. I don't know why I was given a room near the lobby near the front desk even though I left a message to choose a quiet room. I could hear the guests walking in front of the door and talking clearly.

Hotel had free parking which is a plus point. Have to park near the JuMBo supermarket. Need more clarity on that. Very near to tram station. About 1/2 hr to Dam Square. Many shops around the area. Enjoyed our stay.

Clean tiny rooms but huge hearts and smiles. Easy access to the city center. It is fairly close to the city center. Shopping and dining options nearby. An economical accommodation option with limited facilities.

The cleaning staff rarely come to tidy up here, and a lot of things need fixing.
