Affordable price, good base for exploring the city center. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Good value for money

The night receptionist who has been hovering around a few nights already, had a room that wasn't clean, the bathroom wasn't and the window had a questionable window frame, cause that might be from rain if the window has been opened. On asking for another room, he got himself involved, cause I asked another receptionist and he probably is working here longer cause he seems to want to overrule the friendly receptionist, where he himself even if he would be the owner or a partner, is supposedly friendly, but rude and nosy. So is the one that I wrote about, goes by the name Alex, who are getting too involved. A review on ******* mentioned the way of check in where they scan your id, someone mentioned that they copy your id and have the deposit and/or the €0,01 transaction which is commonly used to look into accounts as far as I know. What's remarkable is that they keep sending mail about being careful about scammers where they put your full name in the message. Are they trying to decoy would be something that you can wonder. This is absolutely not an attack on the friendly, helpful staff who are also part of the frontdesk staff, but I refer to those who seem to be part of the supervising or management team. No need to address this to them ofcourse, since they will try to defend themselves, just check the *********** reviews on them. So another way might work.

Conveniently located near a tram station, takes about 15-20 minute to reach the city centre. Super friendly and helpful staff. The attentive service is the highlight of my stay.
