We had a fantastic evening at Overzee! The food was absolutely delicious — we had steak and it was cooked to perfection. The wine we chose was excellent and complemented the meal beautifully. The service was incredibly friendly, we felt welcome and comfortable from the very first moment.

One of the highlights for us was how warmly our dogs were welcomed — it’s not always easy to find such a dog-friendly place, and Overzee really made it special. The interior is beautifully designed, stylish yet cozy, and the people working there are very kind.

Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

We stayed for Lunch, great beer. We had the XL Tosti with some fries, it was great. The staff was especially kind and very helpful. The Bistro is also very Pet and Kid friendly.

A beautiful location with a lovely terrace that still gets sun late in the evening. The service is very friendly and welcoming. The food is sublime. Highly recommended!

Dinner was very moderate, mussels were average, salmon as well, in general overcooked, no experienced chef. Personell was junior but friendly.

room 7 spacious doubble rain shower and a tub, separate toilet bed 1.80 wide in the center of Nes, 3 minute walking to the central parking place, this island has in every village a central parking breakfast and dinner can be booked seperately, very convenient

11/10. Absolutely amazing stay. Dinner was incredible! As a South African living in Netherlands, it was nice to see some familiar items on the menu! From now on, this will be our go-to place for our regular visits to Ameland!
