This is a very convenient hotel, located in the heart of Groningen, right across from the City Hall. It's very convenient for dining out; there's a supermarket next to the City Hall, only about 200 meters from the hotel. We actually went to the supermarket several times a day.
We booked a room with breakfast included, and the breakfast was quite good for a hotel abroad.
The first picture is a view from inside the hotel; that building is the City Hall. Pictures two and three show the breakfast. Very good! 👍

Superb hotel in an ideal location. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spotless. The included breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Groningen.

First-class hotel in a great location, right in the city center. The early breakfast was very good, with fresh juices, fruit, and eggs in every possible form. The hotel can only be reached by car. However, there is a parking garage nearby.

This was our fifth stay at The Market. It's fantastically located on the Grote Markt, with a lovely, large terrace in front of it. It's wonderfully bustling, both day and night. However, you don't hear any of that in the rooms. The rooms are fully equipped and very clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious. You can also enjoy lunch, drinks, or coffee with delicious pastries from Westen. In short, highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.

The experience is quite good. The restaurant downstairs has good food. Locals like to dine here. The restaurant is also a place for breakfast in the morning. The design is also very good. The hotel is very convenient to go out, which adds a lot to my impression of Groningen.

The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the town square. The clock tower next to the coffee shop downstairs is convenient for you to go wherever you go.
