Novotel Eindhoven in Eindhoven

On the day I was supposed to check in, I was in a rush and unable to when I arrived. Instead, my luggage was put in storage until I was able to check in later in the evening. So, I was charged for the day and that included breakfast, which I did not know was still available. Sitting in the lobby and waiting, I was asked if I wanted coffee. Upon saying yes, I was charged for a cup of coffee. All this time, I could have just gone and had breakfast and coffee, which was already billed to the room. During the time that my luggage was moved to storage and while I was in the lobby waiting, if someone asked if I was staying at the hotel and/or if someone told me that breakfast was still being served (cause it is being billed to the room), I would not have had to pay for that cup of coffee. That was the beginning of my stay at Novotel. After that, the stay was excellent. Staff are ultra friendly and helpful. Food is very good as well (buffet breakfast was more than adequate and had a hamburger which was exceptional). If it was not for that initial bump on the road, this experience would have been a 10 for sure.

What a great experience. I travel often for work and have seen my share of hotels but your staff is some of the best. Very helpful and extremely polite! My room was comfortable and clean. Last, but not least, the food and service at the restuarant and bar were great! Thank you for taking such good care of me during my stay.

Lovely one night family stay before picking up our rental car from the airport. A bit pricey for taxi for 5 minute ride (€20), but hotel is really lovely. Nice grounds, pool and terrace. Had a really nice dinner and staff were so helpful, efficient and friendly. Room very comfortable. Double bed and double sofa bed. Compact but adequate space. Really good night’s sleep. Breakfast too pricey for us so we skipped.

The hotel itself is very good, very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, but the main thing that make return here every my stay in Eindhoven is excellent service! Any your problem will be solved immediately. The hotel is absolutely worth to stay!

I was there 2 years ago.
Everything was super, but if you want to walk to the airport, you should be ready, that road is terrible - along the route and sometimes without lights.

But hotel was perfect👍

Practical hotel, close to airport. Great deal for transit to airport.

Good service with less price

It was so lovely to have such greenery around the pool.
Also, I would add that the staff is extremely nice, helpful and go for sure the extra mile.
They were important part of helping us to give an amazing 40th anniversary surprise to my parents in law.
